I went there with no expectations, but it was better than I expected.The man who first responded was very friendly.The room and bedding were very clean.The view was so beautiful tooThe breakfast provided through room service in the morning was truly impressive.It was on the 3rd floor and I was disappointed at first that there was no elevator, but it wasn't that difficult because the stairs weren't that high.

It was the best~ If I hadn't made a reservation at Cloaktor Pension, I would have stayed here or Dam & Lu for 6 nights and then come to Seoul~ It's good in many ways.

Beautiful location, friendly staff. The only downfall is the staff is not usually at the desk for questions. We enjoyed the views from our room. Rooms were big and had plenty of space. Breakfast (sandwiches/coffee and juice) was nicely provided to our room each morning at 8am.

The room is great, service by the front desk is good. Atmosphere is nice as well. The service staff helped to carry the luggage to the room.However, even though I have checked into the hotel, there was a miscommunication between Agoda and the hotel. Hotel informed Agoda that it's a no-show even though I have stayed for 3 nights. The Agoda agent could have asked for the paper work signed during check in. Lots of admin to settle due to the inefficiency of the Agoda platform to check the check in status of the customer. Perhaps to book from other platforms in future.
