I couldn't take a picture.I booked a family room with my family for consecutive nights.There was only one staff member who said it was their first time that day, and they did not provide any of the supplies they said they would provide. The staff said it was their first time and we also had a hard time that day, so we wanted to understand.But no matter how much it is a guesthouse, if you use the family room, shouldn't you at least leave your luggage or give them a key when you go out? I asked them to put their luggage in a locker in an unlocked room (it was a family of 4, so they couldn't get in in the first place) and when I told them the key, they said they couldn't give it to me because they didn't have any spares.If it's a family room, I'm going because I want to use an independent space with my family, but I left my luggage there without a key.Lock the door from the inside when necessary?The staff told me that I could open the door with a pin if it was locked.So does it make sense to lock it from the inside? Very hospitable host, nice clean interior. Showers lacked privacy and water pressure.

The rooms are small and lack amenities. Shared showers and overall washing facilities is a bug NO for me.
