I went there because there was an event, but the underground parking lot was narrow.Park in the parking building right next door and receive a parking permit at the event.

I was going down to work and my child was going with us, so we made a reservation at a place with good reviews and we were satisfied.It was clean. The bed was comfortable and not narrow, so the movement line was good. There was a sofa against the wall, so it was nice to sit down and have a hearty bowl of ramen and a late-night snack.It's nice to take a walk because there's a good stretch of cloth in front. I rested comfortably and slept well^^

This is one of the best hotels in Chungjang-ro, the old city center of Gwangju. Although it is not large, it is a comfortable accommodation.The shower room and toilet are separate.There is no bathtub in the double room.Breakfast is also served on the first floor.There is a fitness facility and a men's sauna on the second floor.

The location is near the stream and close to Chungjang-ro. It is a remodeled building. The accommodation was very clean and the bed was spacious. The breakfast had a small variety, which was a bit disappointing.

This is the worst hotel in Gwangju.Especially the older staff at the front desk (people like the manager) are unfriendly.Are there any rooms with a good view? When askedSince it's not a tourist map, they say there's no need for a good view and they're all similar, so they ignore the question.I need a bed guard in my room, so I called and asked if there was a bed guard available.It can only be given to people who have made a reservation in advance.All the employees leave work and end up like this.No, it's 17:00 now, but they said they applied as soon as they checked in.Our employees leave work at 16:00.No, other Ramada and Wyndham-affiliated hotels say they will deliver it even if you apply on the same day, so only then will they deliver it.The Ministry of Culture and Tourism should downgrade the rating of accommodations like this.This is the worst hotel in Gwangju.Please use Holiday Inn or UTOP.

I booked the "King Suite" for 5 nights and it was probably the best accommodation that I've experienced in Gwangju. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, with an extra working space in the living room. The control panel for the lights was a bit weird, because when I turned everything on/off, I could hear clicking noises in the ceiling or walls for a period of time. This kind of disturb my attempt to sleep each night. Wi-fi connection was great, as expected from South Korea. The staffs were accommodating, but please do note that some of them might not be that good in English.Since the most efficient way to go here is with a taxi (at least IMO), make sure that you mention "Ramada Plaza Chungjangno" to the driver, as there is another Ramada Plaza in Seo-gu area (which is on the opposite side of the city).

The room is nice and clean, but I don't think the bathroom sink was cleaned well. I experienced that the water in the sink didn't flush... and there was dust...

I wasn't expecting much as it was business class, but I liked the room and the staff were friendly so I was satisfied.However, you have to walk a bit from Geumnam-ro 4-ga Station on the Gwangju subway.You can come by car, but the parking lot seems a bit narrow, so take this into consideration.
