As for the location, it's quite close to the place I'm going, but the service is really not good before. I've never given a rating this bad, but this is a really bad attitude, there's no friendliness at all, if it's because the price isn't right, then there's no need to collaborate with Oyo or other applications. Otherwise, be a little friendly, Lo Ma'am, the price is from the application, don't be immediately bitchy when you enter and ask if you want to check outIn the end, just move, it's more acceptable to waste money than to be treated like thatThe bed was not good, it had fallen apart in the room, there was a lot of hair scattered 😢

very bad service!! I got information directly from the receptionist that the AC in the room I was going to stay in was dead, I asked the reason why it was like that but instead I answered casually "There's only room 1 left, if you want it, I'll prepare it, if not, please look for another accommodation" (despite my position I booked via apk previously) the condition of the room was dirty + smelly because it wasn't looked after. The bathroom also has a lot of crust so it's not nice to look at. please owner improve the place and service.

The first KM the water was not clear, the KM lights were dim, the TV happened to be off from the center, there was no STB yet, the bottom AC was quite cold, in the morning when I left work the electricity was turned off from outside I thought the lights were all off, it turned out the other rooms weren't turned off, the bed felt like a pear Sick

What's worse is this accommodation... the rooms at the very front, the mattresses have lots of FLEAS. The purpose of my stay was to get a good night's sleep... eh, I couldn't sleep until morning because the flea bites itched to the point of getting bumps.

Very bad serviceOnce, when I was going for a job interview, I stayed there because I had just arrived in Semarang late at night, there were only 2 rooms left but they said the 1st was for the child, I was given a room where the toilet couldn't be opened at all. We were told to go to the public toilet near the kitchen, even though the facility actually had a toilet inside. The AC went out for a really long time to take care of, his mother even said it was only 100 thousand... even though that was already the promotional priceThe AC couldn't be moved to the upper room yet, just went up 1 floor and was called and said the room could already be used with the AC. Going in was really dirty, there was hair, rubbish, etcTowels + water were also given when we entered...Really "BAD here

The owner is very serious.The bed collapsed, all the metal felt and had curved inward. The room and bathroom were really dirty even though they said they had been cleaned. The towels were dirty, the sheets and pillows smelled. The AC is not cold. And the most intolerable thing is the water. The water is murky black. How are you going to take a shower? When I complained to the owner, I just said that's what it was. No apology at all. There is no sense of responsibility at all. Even though we've already booked and paid in the application, he knows that even if we cancel, we won't get any refund. It's a shame I forgot to take a photo of what the room looks like. Because I was already annoyed and immediately looked for another hotel. This is included in OYO but smx doesn't have OYO standards. We got the room on the 3rd floor. I don't know if the lt. 2 gmn.

Fraudsters...don't get hung up on the stars, the reality is very far from reality...the rooms are smelly, the water is dirty, the mattress has never been renovated (the mattress frame is all sticking out)..don't be fooled...we regret that money was wasted because we had to move lodgings others because it's really not suitable for a family..a former boarding house that hasn't been maintained for a long time..the owner just wants money without thinking about customer comfort and there is no apology at all
