Stayed in a twin bed room on the weekend for 45,000 won. It was nice that the surrounding area was a motel town, so lodging costs were cheap. The room was spacious and had two beds, so the two of us could sleep comfortably. The large bed seemed to be about king size or large king size, and was much larger and more comfortable than a typical two-person bed. The single bed's springs creaked and made a lot of noise every time it was tossed and turned. In addition, when I first checked in, the single bed did not have a sheet or blanket, so I had to request an additional bed. The bathroom was clean and had good water pressure and drainage so it was easy to use. However, the smell of cigarette smoke kept coming from the ventilator, so my nose was sore all night and I was tired from breathing. Parking is available under the building, but if it is full, the owner will let you know where you can park instead.

I am satisfied with the friendly service and reasonable price. There are all the necessary items. It's a good parking space to avoid snow and rain. I visited on a business trip, and since it has two beds, it would be okay to visit with a colleague. It looks like an old building, but they seem to be taking good care of its maintenance. The floor was slightly heated and there were disposable slippers so my feet were less cold. There is also a convenience store right in front. I had a good rest.

Good value hotel.The owner is very kind.The accommodation is cheap and not small.The noise outside is okay, butIt seemed like the men were visiting a friend who was in the military.He must have rented two rooms, one below and one next to him. He was chatting downstairs and came in next door at 2 a.m. He was talking loudly in the hallway, probably because he was drunk.I couldn't sleep because they talked until 3 in the morning.I hope the guests also respect each other.

The location is alright, near the Gwangju Station (not to be mistaken with Gwangju-Songjeong Station) and just across a convenience store. As soon as I entered the room, I understood the low price. To be fair, it was averagely fine, but it seems like the cigarette smell has permeated too deep into the walls here. The bed was too firm to my liking. If you only want a cheap place to sleep for a night, you could do worse, but I personally won't recommend this place for a longer stay.
