Massimo and Federica thank Kim for hosting us during the beautiful tour in South Korea...The apartment is located in a quiet, safe and peaceful area, 100 meters from the subway... in the area you can find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes... convenient to the famous Hongdae street always crowded with young people... the only observation Since the apartment is very small, I would recommend removing a double bed and replacing it with a bunk bed to increase the space and maintain the 4 seats... for the rest, having everything available from the washing machine to the dryer... I recommend it.Massimo와 Federica는 아름다운 한국 투어 동안 우리를 초대해 준 Kim에게 감사를 표합니다...아파트는 지하철에서 100m 떨어진 조용하고 안전하며 평화로운 지역에 위치하고 있습니다.

It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Exit 3 of Hongik University Station. There is an OliveYoung and GS convenience store next to the exit.The transportation location is quite convenient.The space in the room is quite large. You can open the split suitcase without any problem, but the toilet is relatively small and there is no dry and wet separation (the toilet is with the bathroom, and the sink is in a separate space)The bed is a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. It is a standard double bed. If you are used to sleeping on a wider bed, it will be more difficult to sleep on.There are plenty of supplies, and you can also pick them up yourself, but no toothbrushes are provided!There are water dispensers and washing machines provided, which I personally find very convenient.There is also a luggage storage service, which is a plus~

The room is small and the toilet is even smaller, but the location is very good, just near Exit 3 of Hongik University Station on the Green Line.

Spacious for 4 pax. Cleaning will be done upon request. Plus point you can book room with washing machine in the unit. Otherwise, you can use the washing machine and dryer on the 3rd floor. Minus point, no elevator. …

Only 5min walk to Hongdae. Room relatively small, but ok for one person. Bed too soft for me. I can keep bicycle in their storeroom. Friendly staff and owner.(Take note this is SeoulMansion ‘Guesthouse’, I cycled to another Seoul Mansion 5km away)

Upon booking the accommodation, host was very responsive in providing detailed check-in instructions and replying to queries. There is affordable and spacious family room option for young families and groups who would like to travel on budget. Family rooms with 2 double beds and 1 washing machine available on level 2. Dryer however is only available on shared space and it is fairly noisy when in use. Cooking facilities are also available for use in the room. Guesthouse is located at a quiet neighborhood of Hongdae but still near subway station with many food and shopping options. There is no lift in the guesthouse but it is located near subway exit 3 which has escalator all the way up if you took the all stop AREX train from airport. This makes it a very good choice especially if you intend to go to Jeju via Gimpo airport. The DMZ tour we booked also meets at exit 3. Be prepared to climb many stairs if you would like to shop at Hongdae area as shopping places are mostly multistory buildings with no elevators/escalators.
