The location is perfect, take the Hongik University subway line from Incheon airport, exit number 3 and walk to the hotel in 10 minutes. There are cafes, boutiques and everything you want around.

A friend of mine suddenly found a clean, cost-effective place to stay for 7 nights that was close to the station. I made a reservation and checked in late, but the guidance was good and the facilities were very clean! It is a studio-type room and is in excellent condition, including a washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, and private bathroom. It really takes less than 10 minutes to walk from Hongik University Station. An acquaintance of mine also praised the hotel and said it was great and had a great stay👍🏻

I originally booked a double room, not an economy double room. The photos of double rooms on the website have private kitchens, while the economy double rooms have a shared kitchen on the same floor. As a result, I was actually assigned to a double room on the top floor. Not only was the roof sloping, it was very stuffy, but the room did not match the photos. Even if there was no private kitchen, even the public kitchen had to be used on the first floor. I reported this to the hotel staff and they responded that the double room types are all different. Then why should I pay extra to book a double room? I can just book an economy double room, and I don’t have to climb to the 5th floor to live in the extremely hot top floor. The Taiwanese female waiter at the counter didn't seem to care. The room had no toilet paper, no towels, no toothpaste or toothbrush, the bathroom cabinets were rusty, and the quilt was very dirty with dust. I didn't want to stay here for a moment.

During my stay at BB Hongdae Line in Korea, I faced significant issues. On June 19th, I arrived at the hotel at noon and requested an early check-in, but was told the room wasn't ready as it was still being cleaned. When I returned at 9:30 PM, I was informed of a bathroom issue and directed to use the general bathroom on the ground floor, despite having 10.5 hours to fix it. My request for a room change was denied due to full booking. After a friend intervened, I was finally given a single room in a 2 bedroom apartment shared with another guest for the night, despite booking a double room with better amenities.On June 24th, around 11:03 AM, a man entered my room while I was in the bathroom, with a woman waiting outside. Despite my belongings being clearly visible, he took off his shoes and came in. I shouted for him to leave. The bathroom door couldn't be locked, adding to my discomfort. I immediately went to the reception but found no staff. At 11:10 AM, a part-time employee knocked and asked if I was checking out. I explained what happened, and after initially denying involvement, she and the cleaner admitted to entering the room, falsely claiming they didn't hear me.When the manager arrived, he blamed me, stating that their policy required all doors to be open by 11 AM. He dismissed my concerns, arguing that since I was late checking out, the intrusion was justified, saying that we were "equal now." He was disrespectful and insisted I should be grateful for their service, which he claimed was better than other places. His attitude and the overall treatment were extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Worst place in Korea.Do not book a room here. Not clean, amenities are not included.Photos posted online are not what you end up in. So avoid this place at any cost!

The worst place ever!!!!!!Specially if you are a female, do not ever book a room here. There are so many places that are safer and better than this place.Toilet wasn’t working and the owner asked me to use the public toilet on the ground floor.Check in time was not respected.I don’t recommend at all.

It is a very good apartment. Near tourist attractions It's very convenient to go anywhere. And most importantly, the staff are very caring and kind. I recommend it. Hongdae accommodation is inexpensive.
