Rooms are absolutely dirty and dusty, our room was visibly uncleaned and had garbage under the bed still, they offered to switch rooms and we did however new room was not any better. Room phone did not work, outlets weren’t working and room was also incredibly dusty and dim. Photos are deceiving and the room looked nothing like advertised.

A four-star hotel, completely "out of order". The price is not cheap, more than HKD$1,000.Hygiene is poor, dust can easily accumulate on the countertops in the rooms and toilets. The toilet exhaust system is insufficient, and the toilet and towels smell very bad. Towels were stained and damaged. And there is only half of the bath screen, so shower water will splash all over the place. There was insufficient lighting in the room and the environment was dim.The hotel is located near the road and the sound insulation is not good. The location of the hotel is not good. If you have large luggage, it is really inconvenient. Because there is a subway exit with an elevator, you have to go around in a big circle to get to the hotel first. Otherwise, you can check luggage up the stairs if you don't mind. Even if you take the subway, you still need to be patient inside the station. However, the hotel room is large, and there is room for two large luggages to be opened and walked around. In summary, I do not recommend this hotel because the location is really inconvenient, the hygiene level is not ideal, and the price is not cheap.

It costs nearly NT$4,000 per night on weekdays. The room is small and there is no dressing table. The bath towel was wet and smelly. The quality of a four-star hotel is so bad. After staying for five consecutive days, the shower head in the bathroom was filled with water.Black insect corpses and black dirt,Very bad!

Average hotel. Room is too small for a double & single bed. House keeping was done very early 👍👍, guess due to over workload, some refills were miss, understandable. Management should provide more resources for housekeeping. Front desk was quick during check in.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights at about HK$1,100 per night. We were very disappointed. We originally planned to choose this place first because it was convenient for shopping. Secondly, the most important thing is that the cleanliness is very poor. The sheets were stained all over the body on the first night. I had to use a shirt to cover them. On the second day, I went to the front desk to ask for the sheets to be changed. The towels used in the shower were very smelly. It was so exaggerated. Good. It stinks, it’s been like this for several days! ! ! When we checked in on the first night, there was only one bottle of water. We thought we would get one, and there were no tissues. We had already checked in at around 3 o'clock, so we should have enough time to prepare! ! ! The only saving grace is that the toilet board is very hot.

I used it for 3 nights and 4 days! The result was a very satisfying hotel! There's a 7-Eleven convenience store right below, and there's a lot of 2+1, and there's a lot of stuff! There were also plenty of biyots. The refrigerator is large, the bathtub is large and clean, and the water pressure is normal. The hair dryer was strong enough to dry my long hair quickly. There were not too many TV channels, and I was able to watch NHK as well. There were also 3 elevators, so I was able to spend my time stress-free.There is also a post office a 1-minute walk away, so I sent a package to Japan! I would like to stay again because the location was great.
