DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Please, trust me. Dirty toilet and smelly sewage smell. DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS ON AIRBNB. You will not have a good rest and peace in this room.ย โฆ

The house is quite clean even though it is located on the 2nd floor, so you have to carry suitcases, but the plus is that it is really in Myengdong and very close, at least 10 meters from the subway station. Who doesn't want to stay in Myendong Stret? Shopping paradise for tourists who come to Korea, it's really helpful, I feel willing. I'm not going home now ๐๐๐๐

Unbeatable location, however hygiene of bathroom/toilet is really bad. Water pressure is mediocre and temperature is cold. You wouldn't want to bath here during the winter. Reception is busy playing online game and don't give a damn.. If you are on shoestring give it a try otherwise stay elsewhere.

I stayed there for 2100 yen per night. The location is excellent, right next to Exit 9 of Myeong-dong subway station, close to the airport bus stop, and there is also a convenience store on the first floor.ย โฆ

It was my 3rd time staying at this guest house simply because I love its location as it is near the airport bus, metro and right in Myeongdong. On my last visits, I was somehow able to forgive the small and not so clean room. ย โฆ

The person in charge is scary, didnt even look at me when I came in earlier than check in time and just knocked on the sign and said "check in at 2, check in at 2". But nevertheless, it's suitable for solo or couple visitors for a cheap and budget place to stay, because it is quiet small and just enough to clean and rest yourself up.
