Clean and practical.Floor heating is good.Agoda payment did not work, but we got some discount by paying with either cash/credit card directly with them.The washer for laundry is available at everyfloor and you just pay 1,000 won per use (in cash) and they provided detergent, nice!The front desk staff speaks very fluent English and was very nice.They provided self-service breakfast between 8-11AM, which is that you have access to the eggs, cows milk, orange juice and toasts. There is a kitchen, which you can cook the eggs yourself. I liked the system there.

I have stayed at this location twice now and it's a place I find myself very comfortable with. First of all, the location is spot on, everything is extremely convenient, and you got so many awesome places to eat and drink just minutes away on foot. You're also not too far from Hongik University station either, making this a great spot to venture out into Seoul. I ended up booking a room for my two friends and I, and we all found it to be clean, basic, and cozy. You're able to cook your food, store it, or purchase some simple food for cheap in their lobby area. I'm personally a huge fan of having a self-service washer and dryer located on site as I am someone who doesn't like to haul a huge bag packed full of clothes, but want to be as clean as I can be. Basic amenities are also provided near your rooms. The staff is also friendly and communicating with them through Kakao is easy. I highly recommend this place for those who are looking to stay in a great area, and want to come back home to a comfortable location at the end of the day.

The location is perfect. Very near Hongik University station in a small quiet alley. We booked a twin room with private bathroom which was quite spacious. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower was very close to the door and the bathroom floor was higher than the room floor. So water kept going in the wooden partition and into our room.
