The location, atmosphere, and all the facilities were excellent. The staff was very friendly, and they even provided water, which was a nice touch. However, the place was not the cleanest.

Cost-effective motel Sinchon Gaeul is located about a 4-minute walk from Exit 4 of Sinchon Eok!There is a GS25 convenience store nearby and a lot of delivery food. I think the interior of the motel is probably the nicest exterior in Sinchon Motel Village.The owner is very friendly and you can leave your luggage, so it is easily accessible for those taking the Hongdae Airport train the next day.The interior of the hotel seems to have some signs of age. There were many signs of peeling paint, and there were some rust or scratches on the floor and bathroom walls.The air conditioner worked well and I enjoyed using the TV ott! Mattress and blanket were all good

Japanese M from San FranciscoStayed here for 3 nights.Great location for food, shopping, transportation. I actually walked over to the next neighborhood hongdae to get a train back to the airport (15 min) but easily could have taken a bus that runs like every 5 min.Hotel is very nice with friendly staff. Absolutely loved it.

Close to the stationThe room smells very strongly of cigarette smoke.The smell was so bad that it felt like there was someone in the room who continued to smoke throughout the stay.

Three years ago, I often went to Sinchon. The facilities are good and the counter staff are friendly.I recently visited for the first time in a while due to work.It's too old. I am very old.There is mold in the bathroom and the walls in the room are stained.There were traces of repairs, but it was too old and didn't look clean. And it was probably because it was a rainy day, so it was very humid.If they don't remodel in the future, I don't think I will visit even when work comes up.

The staff, especially the owner, are so kind!!! However, I hope you pay a little more attention to cleanliness. The warm water in the bathroom also runs well.The room was a deluxe, and I was a little upset to hear that it was a mixed bag, but it was nice to have a cool night's sleep.
