They welcomed me very nicely and they provide food like instant noodles and toast with jam or peanut butter for free. They also have a nice rooftop and you can use a lot of kitchen stuff and a washing machine for free

No one was present to unlock the door for us at check-in, we got stuck outside for a long time and no one would answer the phone or the bell. Guests ended up giving us the entry code. They say check-in is from 4pm, but there will be no one at all after 4pm.There were ants in the bed.The walls are very thin. The mattresses are hard.

Misleading photos, in MUCH worse condition than shownDisgusting establishment, rooms and bathrooms are not washed between each guestThere were hairs and multiple stains on our sheetsPapers on the floor, never vacuumedThe bathroom was disgusting with questionable yellow liquid on the floor and hairs on the toiletThere is mold in the dryers which clings and destroys clothes (we threw everything away)After showing the state of our room upon arrival, the hostess just apologized and leftEverything smells musty and musty, there are mini mesh windows in the rooms which do not ventilateAs an “included” breakfast, it’s low-end half bread and peanut butter.Only positive point: the location.

👍 The price is relatively cheap, based on Myeongdong subway station, Myeongdong business district is on the left, and this hotel is on the right, close to Namsan Tower, the location is very convenient👍 The room is simple and the space is quite enough. The bathroom drainage is not very good, but it will suddenly become clearer after washing for a while.👍 The basement has a large refrigerator, tables and chairs, simple kitchen utensils and Korean clothes. Every morning, everyone can make a night of golden ramen and unlimited coffee and bread. The coffee has an aroma similar to hazelnuts. The picture is golden packaging, and the jam is also very delicious👍 There is no need to contact the boss at all. After booking the room, you only need to go to the basement bulletin board of the hotel to get a letter. After entering the room, put the key 🔑 on the table.👍 It seems that no one will clean the room. You need to take the trash to the trash can in the basement and throw it away. Towels are also taken to the basement and replaced every day.👍 You can directly see the Nanshan Tower from the top floor, and there are atmospheric light bulbs at night, making it a good place to take pictures.🦵 Although it doesn’t take ten minutes to walk up from the subway, the whole journey is uphill and getting steeper. It will be very difficult for people with insufficient leg strength and heavy luggage.

Good value for money for this guesthouse. The location is perfect, just below Namsan Tower, the subway and the center of Myeongdong is a 5-minute walk away. The rooftop offers a sublime view of the Namsan Tower and the city. The rooms are not immaculately clean but nothing catastrophic either.Washing machine available as well as a dryer (drying racks are also available for self-service on the rooftop).Towels are available next to reception. The breakfasts are not incredible, you have a noodle box with slices of white bread available in the kitchen. For the price, this accommodation is perfect, I recommend.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is in the Myeongdong area, so it's very lively. Although you have to walk up a slope, it's still ok. Go down the slope and you will see the subway entrance (Line 4). Across the street is HBAF, a store that specializes in selling almonds. It’s very convenient to go back if you want to buy souvenirs. A short walk from HBAF is a shopping street with many cosmetics stores, including three Olive Young stores nearby.
