I made a reservation to go to the National Arboretum. I made a reservation through Hotelscom.com, and the room was clean and the bedding was clean. The furniture was antique, so it had a romantic atmosphere. Perhaps because it was a smoking room, the smell of air freshener was so strong that it was a bit disappointing. Overall I am satisfied. The exterior of the hotel is pretty with greenery and flowers such as ivy and roses.

Service - lacking.Arrived about 30 minutes early.If there was a wait, I could wait.However, even if you look for the manager at the front desk, he won't come out, and the window is completely blocked and there is only one small window.Is that why I can't hear your voice?I couldn't find it on the reservation list for a long time.Afterwards, he said he needed time to clean up the room.Naturally, I think I was out for 30 minutes.In addition, although the check-in time is 17:00 and the check-out time is 12:00 when making an app reservation, it is *late check-out at 13:00* when making a reservation.I checked with the front desk, but they only emphasized check-out at 12 o'clock.When I checked again, it seemed like I was being generous.He said, “I will do that for you.”

The cleaning is 95% clean, but the lighting is too dark.There are likes and dislikes depending on the individual.Perhaps because the bathroom was separate from the toilet, the first floor room smelled like a sewer or a stinking sewer.

The smell of air freshener was too strong. The bedding was clean butI don't know why they sprayed the air freshener so strongly... or maybe they were trying to cover up the cigarette smell... It made my head ache.The automatic sensor at the entrance to the room is so sensitive that if I toss and turn in bed, the light turns on haha. I woke up and woke up again and again... Maybe it was just the room I stayed in? ha...Other than that it was clean.

It's been a while since I visited... I only go here with my husband as the atmosphere is really nice... It's clean and we mainly like the terrace on the 2nd floor.
