The price is cheap and the location is good. It's close to Myeongdong Station Exit 3 and can be reached by walking up a gentle slope in 5 minutes.The room is small, although it looks big in the photos taken with the mobile phone, and it is difficult to walk with the suitcase lying on it. There are no plugs by the bedside and the pillows are flat. The sheets and quilts will not be cleaned and changed every day. You can get new towels in the B1 public area every day and throw the old ones into the basket. You see, everyone collects the garbage and puts it there themselves, and takes new garbage bags back. Bottled water is not included but can be filled in public areas.As for the cleanliness, it wouldn't be called dirty. If you say it is clean, you will inevitably see a spider with thin legs like this.The door is locked with a key, not a room card or password.On the first day, I pressed the CHECK IN bell and waited for the boss for a long time.The conclusion is that although it is simple, it is really cheap, so there is no need to complain too much.

The guesthouse is in an incredibly convenient location for everything. Less than 5 minutes walk from Myeondong metro station (exit 3) you can easily reach all places of interest. The room is a bit small but that's quite normal here. For me the real problem was the bed, very hard. Having back problems I struggled to rest. But in short this is a bit related to my personal situation. For the rest all is well. I have never met the manager but he has always been responsive in replying to me via email and so everything is ok.

The location is great. near to train stations and restaurants. Very clean rooms and with heater.. Very accomodating.. You can use the common area.. i am glad the owner allowed us to stay for a couple of hours in the sala while waiting for our taxi.. Highly recommended. I get it that the owner doesnt speak English but hey there is google translate so try to use it as he will try his best to help you.Also, i am so happy to know the most honest and responsible taxi driver in Seoul. We arranged our pick-up at the guesthouse and he was so prompt, accomodating and will reasonably charged you. I have attached his phone number in one of my pictures.
