The boss has changed. I miss the old Seroa.Advantages: Cheap price. Good location. Breakfast providedCons: Too cold. It seems like the heating is turned on briefly at certain times.In the previous breakfast, butter was omitted and fruits were cut into half green grapes.It's very simplified. I understand because prices are rising.Even if you raise the price a little, I think it would be better to maintain the previous quality in general.

I stayed for 2 days and 1 night. The weeping cherry blossoms in the accommodation are so pretty that many people take pictures of them. The accommodation is clean and the breakfast coffee is really delicious. Have a good rest. Thank you.

You can walk to Daereungwon, Cheomseongdae, Donggung Palace, and Wolji Pond, and it's close to Hwangridan-gil, so it's very easy to go to restaurants. The owner was friendly and provided breakfast every day. The room was clean and the towels were thick and nice. They even kept your luggage for you after checking out. 5 minutes walk to Daereungwon. 10 minutes walk to Cheomseongdae. I plan to make a reservation here even if I come next time.

I visited 3 months ago and it was a really nice place so I came back.This time, it was a trip for a mother with an elementary school child and a preschool child on the KTX.The location was so good that I walked all the way to Bonghwangdae to the north and Wolseong to the south.On the last day, I had to take a taxi with a lot of luggage, but the taxi stand was very close, so it was convenient.The breakfast tasted so good that the kids ate it all. The taste of coffee made directly from you is surprisingly delicious.In a review from 3 months ago, I wrote that it was impossible to use a nearby parking lot because it was under construction, but when I went this time, there was a parking lot right next to it.___________________________________The cleanliness was very good and the person was very friendly. The free breakfast was very well prepared, including seasonal fruits and boiled eggs, so I felt good from the morning. It was convenient to tour the city, including Daereungwon and Cheomseongdae, on foot. You have to use a public parking lot far away to park, but it's close enough that even children can walk without complaining.

I personally liked that it was located in the center of a tourist area, had a Hanok-style homestay, was equipped with all the basics, including Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning, and most of all, a small front yard in front of the room. The owner provided coffee, milk, toast, and various fruits for breakfast, and it was clean and very nice. I recommend it.

Accommodation with excellent value for money! It is adjacent to Hwangridan-gil and Cheomseongdae, so there are many places to eat and sightseeing nearby. The facilities are also clean. Even though the price is cheap, they provide a simple breakfast. Transportation is also convenient, so I immediately paid and made a reservation as soon as I saw it.

The review says you can hear the TV next door, so I understand what that means. Other than that everything is satisfied.I stayed in a 4-person room, and the TV was about 24 to 27 inches, and I was able to plug in an HDMI cable so I could connect my iPad.A great place to stay for a while at night and look at the stars.

I think 30,000 won per night is a good place to stay.I didn't feel that they were friendly or considerate. I have zero percent intention of visiting again.

It’s great value for money! The breakfast, which is cheap and clean and comes with hand-drip coffee... really makes you happy in the morning!However, as stated in the precautions, there are soundproofing issues that require the lodging guests to dislike, but I had a quiet and comfortable stay!There is no separate parking lot, so you can park on the street right across the street.

The guest lady is very friendly and the room is clean and nice!!! You can think of it as having everything you need. There are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, towels, hair dryer, and comb, as well as two bottles of water in the mini refrigerator and a coffee pot. When I was bored, I was so busy watching TV that I didn't notice how time passed. The location is a 5-minute walk from Hwangridan-gil, but there is a 7-Eleven and Starbucks nearby, and Daereungwon and Cheomseongdae are very close, so it was great for sightseeing. There is a bus stop about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot, and buses to Bulguksa Temple or Gyeongju World come so it is very convenient. If I go to Gyeongju again, I 100% plan to visit again!!

Lovely place with a lovely host. As a person who is not used to sleep on the floor, bed was okay. Location is amazing, close to the 황리단길, 첨성대 and 대릉원. Breakfast in the morning prepared with a host lady was amazing. She was so nice!!! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable! 😊

Honestly, I wouldn't give it stars at all. We were offered a change of accommodation to another hanok and then to another room in the hanok.The woman got unnecessarily angry with us and showed it by telling us to cancel our stay. She tried to leave us to wait for the booking email outside the pension.
