Very good location, the staff was not very present, but there is always a number and we can communicate by WhatsApp with the owner. The room was good, just missing storage.

Tdlr: book at your own risk. This is easily the worst Airbnb I had been to.I had two reservations from 9-12 June, and 14-15 June. I’ll detail the experience I had with this host (booking made via Airbnb). The first reservation (9-12June) went pretty okay, the host took a while to reply my message on the 9th at 1:20pm asking on the check-in details, but I eventually received the information at 2:45pm via the Airbnb app.I checked in, went to my room (room 406) and realised that the a/c was not working. As this Airbnb has a no-contact check in/out concept, the host has a communal iPad in the communal area for guests to communicate with them on issues / needs / for help.Since he did not respond to my Airbnb / line message regarding the faulty air conditioning, I went to the communal area to inform them on the issue using the communal iPad and left after around 5 minutes cause who is going to sit at the reception area waiting for a response when he could have responded to my Airbnb msg OR line message, while I’m on holiday?? (& I did mention on the communal iPad that I’m reachable on Airbnb and line). When I came back a couple of hours later, I saw he provided me with a new room AND room password as a reply on the communal iPad. I’ll give credit where it’s due - the new room the host provided me with was a much better one - the room was slightly newer and the sound proofing, aircon were all in working condition. My dissatisfaction for this reservation is how I felt safety of the guests were disregarded. Sharing these information on a communal platform also means that anyone can enter my room (I think not that anyone did, thankfully). I’d go on to say that there’s no security guard, but only cctv at communal areas/corridors - hence anyone who is aware of such a system is able to enter most rooms. The messages on the iPad are only cleared occasionally. But aside from the safety issue, I decided to just stay the three nights given that (1) there was a resolution provided, (2) because I didn’t want to move to another place w all the luggage that I had, and (3) the booking was non-refundable at this point & I didn’t want to spend more money on accommodation.Check out wasn’t a pain, and the host kindly stored one of my luggages at 5,000 KRW/ day (3 days), until I was back on 14th.

Was a little difficult to find the entrance. Outside of a small fold out sign on the side of the front of the building there’s no other indication of where the entrance is (it’s on the left side of the building, to the side of the 24 east mart). Check in was contactless, as you use an iPad to get the room assignment and any necessary info about door code/wifi. The room itself is somewhat clean but parts of the ceiling in my room was peeling off. Unfortunately, they only provide small hand towels for showering and they charge extra for full bodied towels. Shower is just a small shower-head next to the sink and toilet, so be careful of which setting u have it on before washing your hands/ showering. The beds are actually comfy if you enjoy a stiffer bed. There’s a coin laundry in the basement that cost about 10000₩ to wash/dry. Wasn’t a bad stay, but could’ve been better.

Great spot to many tour station exit pickup points i.e. Myeongdong Station exit 4 is a 5min brisk walk and all the exits are tunnel connected. So easy to do👍🏻 There are a few food vendors who open at 8am or just before so you can grab your drink and breakfast snax on the fly-by. The central connection areas get filled with shoppers as there are mini stores (clothes, bags, shoes, cosmetics, Kpop etc) that open around 10am or later. Prices are reasonable too. Just remember that Gucci bag .. is a knock off!! If you don't mind.. well have fun 😊The hotel is also close 10mins to the Bus Station Terminal. My room had a private WC, kettle, dryer and enclosed balcony with a small bistro table. Washer Dryer downstairs and self check-in on Level F, which is also where the communal kitchen is. The walls are thin so consideration towards other guests is appreciated. While not the Ritz, for the price, convenience, supplies and my cute double bed room... I'll definitely book here again. Singles, Seniors, Families, all stayed here during my 5day visit. 👍🏻👍🏻 Up

This is a self- checkin accommodation. The room is spacious. However, the room assigned to us has issues. The bathroom is broken and we can't open when inside the bathroom. It needs to call someone to open from outside the bathroom. Therefore, there's a risk you get locked up inside the bathroom. There's no bidet but there's tissue provided. Please bring bathroom towel as only face towel/small towel is being provided. The location is walkable to Myeongdong shopping street but still not recommended with big and multiple luggages. You have to walk in a bit steep slope. It takes around 5-10 mins walk from exit 3 by train or airport limousine bus to the corner near McDonalds. There's an airport pickup transfer fee if you wanted to avail though. This cost 130000 won, good for at most 4 people in one trip. Just make sure to communicate well with the owner/staff of this hotel regarding the pickup schedule.Otherwise, you'll get a penalty fee of 50,000 won. Also, our group has issues in their respective rooms. Air conditioner is not working, bathroom light is not working, bathroom lock is not working. We hope these issues get checked and resolved for future guests.Owner/staff doesn't accept calls. The only way to communicate with them is through imessage via the reception's ipad placed in the wall.

Terrible store. When the check-in time was about to come, a text message informed me that there was no room. After complaining on the platform, they said that there was a room but there were few beds. I booked 6 people but got 4 people. Since it was too late, I had to compromise. It's really, really bad. The actual room is much different from the photos. Please don't book it stupidly.
