Last July I stayed at Rumi because I was too lazy when I was looking for a child's boarding house, overall it's good for low budget accommodation, there's a lift and parking, but if you're staying for a long time it's not comfortable because the noise from outside is really audible because the room isn't soundproof and it's just from a partition So it's quite noisy, otherwise it's ok for the price offered, especially since the location is very close to Undip, so it's suitable for those who have business there...

Actually, it's not bad that you can stay here at an affordable price. Moreover, there are many cheap places to eat around the hotel.But it seems that the hotel has not carried out a review regarding the suggestions from most previous visitors.1. The lobby is not comfortable to live in. Stuffy, the AC doesn't work + the room is closed. So all types of body odors gathered together into 1. Even though I stopped by for a moment because I wanted to go by the stairs, the scent immediately caught my nose 🥹🥹🥹2. Officers in the Lobby rarely stay. I passed by several times wanting to leave something, so it was difficult, especially since there was no telephone available in the room.3. The AC is not cold enough. May need periodic maintenance.4. The bathroom was constantly wet because the shower water was pooling. Oh yes, the bathroom has a unique concept! 😂. If you stay with work colleagues, it's a bit like that, because the bathroom is open. It's just covered in stickers, but across from it there is glass that can reflect our reflection 🤯However, despite these shortcomings, there are still plus points.The price is very affordable, the parking area is quite spacious, the elevator runs from the basement, if you want to go to which floor you have to tap the room key. If there aren't any, you have to go up the stairs.The most important thing, everywhere is close. Want to eat close too 😍😍Overall 4/5, rating helps with the hotel's strategic location.Great. The experience of staying 2 nights here, the room was clean, it felt like you were in your own room, the room arrangement was minimalist and aesthetic, the guards were friendly, the AC was cold. Even though the wall divider is made of plywood, it's quite comfortable, but still maintain the quality. A small entry for the walls and floor of the elevator can be cleaned as often as possible for access. Thank you, our home.

Very BAD SERVICE... when I got there the room had dull gypsum walls. I booked 6 days and paid FULL but can't get a refund. Finally chose ANOTHER HOTEL.. EATING IT WAS HARAM WOODS.. didn't get the service but the money didn't come back like a star hotel. If you cancel you can get a refund. BE CAREFUL

Feedback for Rumi Owners...1. Plus the number of employees... with the current number, the capacity is definitely not sufficient to handle all the existing rooms.2. Check the condition of the room, such as checking the shower, faucets, windows, AC, etc... at least once a month.Because equipment like that definitely has a shelf life, Sir.If this is done, the number of complaints will definitely decrease drastically and in the end, Rumi will become increasingly popular with many people.Thank You.

The AC is not cold enough. Toiletries are incomplete. New hotel, but poorly maintained, no glass. Prefer Horisson Inn with a price difference of only 30-50 thousand

The receptionist needs to be trained again on how to provide good service to customers. Not friendly, rude, emotional. The rooms have lots of mosquitoes, especially room 219, the toilet light is off, I've reported it several times but the receptionist hasn't fixed it. A water dispenser is provided but there are no glasses. When asked he said the glass was finished. So for 2 days I wanted to drink without a glass. The only plus is the strategic location. Anyway, there needs to be a lot of improvement.
