Room :+ Clean and just the right size.+ The air conditioner cools down quickly.+ There is a smart TV, you can do videos or YouTube, but for Netflix you have to use a personal account.- Sounds from outside can be heard from inside, even the person who keys the door can be heard clearly. Moreover, the sound coming out of the room is even clearer for people outside the room to hear. I've tested it myself, it's really less tight, even compared to other sans hotels I've tried. It really needs to be repaired to minimize the sound that comes out.Toilets:+ Clean and modern hotel standards.+ Toilet equipment is also standard, toothbrush toothpaste, soap and towels.+ The hot water runs smoothly without having to wait.- Nothing, everything is okay.Service :+ Friendly, check in or check out quickly.- Nothing, everything is okay.Others:+ There is a basement for parking, can accommodate 10+ motorbikes and 3+ cars.+ There are balconies on each floor for smoking areas, so smokers on the 2nd or 3rd floor don't need to go downstairs to smoke. This is a plus that is rarely available without other hotels.+ More open spots to hang out on each floor.Overall, this is the best hotel I have ever tried. For a hotel under 300k, this is very worth it for young people and backpackers.
