Rooms were good. Spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Towels were frayed and a little worn. Coffee sachets were not replaced for two days.

As most comments mention, it's a nice place and the service is good. However, certain reception staff can certainly improve in genuine customer service. Keeping in mind this is an international business.

Rooms to renovate along with the bathroom. Poor breakfast, needs more options and quality. It is not up to par with what is expected for the category.

The hotel is made up of a renovated building and an older one. The old building needs a big renovation: bathtub with curtain, very old toilet, plugs that don't fit in the bedside table, old furniture. The breakfast needs to be given another makeover: croissants like stones, and very few. You come with the illusion of a 5 star and objectively in Spain it is a 2 star.

A newly built hotelI can't make a reservation at the hotel I used to go to often.Hotel found as an alternativeClose to Night Bazaar and clean facilities. Is this a cost-effective hotel and the best first visit?I don’t know, but I was surprised by the welcome gift.Even give this gift as another gift.I decided to understand that it was given because I had a child.Anyway, I'm satisfied

A decent hotel that doesn’t break the bank. Room facilities are a bit old. Shower sprinklers in the two rooms that I stayed in had some minor issues. Hotel staffs are nice and hospitable.

The hotel in Chiang Mai has two buildings, one new building and one old building. The accommodation atmosphere is very good. Delicious food and complete amenities. Easy to move near the city. Come hold meetings here regularly. The rooms are beautiful, beautiful and have the best gifts.
