The AC is very cold, plus the bed is not comfortable, the mattress is eaten by termites, the AC, if you set it to 25, stops playing, but the AC is on, the TV has graphics, it doesn't like jamming.

I've booked & confirmed twice... when we arrived, we were told there were no rooms because of sudden renovations plus the water was dead, the staff even blamed OYO when asked why they didn't inform us about rooms that weren't available... we were forced to look for rooms elsewhere in the condition. tired after a long journey

Very bad hotel. The bathroom is dirty, the walls are full of ants and termites, the water is dead at night, the sheets are dirty like they haven't been washed.

I ordered for 2 nights here because it was close to my family's house,... But until then I said I didn't accept online payments.. So it wasn't clear where my money was. Oh, I'll call it, I'll throw it back into the app... I can't enter the room until 4 o'clock... With an additional 100 thousand... I know I got a cancellation email at night... So... So whether I want it or not, I'll be offline... That's enough for one night, I'll pay 150 thousand offline... Then I'll move to a hotel the next day...😊- Clean fragrant pillowcases- clean rooms- cold AC, towels, clean fragrant blankets- Very helpful staff- can have a water heater in the room😟- Bathroom is very small, uses a bucket, toilet seat...
