Do not book this place! This place has so many things wrong I can’t believe it’s available on agoda. The roof was molding and falling apart. There was what appeared to be mouse poop or something similar all around the bathroom and walls. The room looked like it hadn’t been actually cleaned in a long time. The electrical outlet was literally ripped out of the wall and looked dangerous. The walls were covered it stains and mildew on the floors. I felt disgusted for even stepping into the room. The best part about the place was the fact the staff immediately agreed to refund me without question.

From the outside, the hotel looks okay. The name of the hotel is Citra Hotel.After entering the room, it didn't meet expectations.The wardrobe can't be closed. The mattress sinks or what if you say it's not flat, you know... It's concave in the middle... So if you sleep it sags towards the middle it makes you uncomfortableThe bathroom has a bathtub but it's dirty... You shower using a bucket because the bathroom shower is high.The tap water is small so if you want to shower, wait for the bucket to be filled first

Coincidentally, yesterday I ordered a family room, 1 queen bed, 2 single beds. Very suitable for a family. The price, if it's not a long holiday season, seems cheap, try checking online if I'm not mistaken, it's under 250 thousand/night.The AC is cold, the bathroom is quite clean, the hotel towels are quite clean too. Drinking water is given per person, 1 bottle every day.Coincidentally, renting a family room also has a living room.The downside is, because we went on New Year's Day, the electricity was very short, sometimes it went out. But it didn't take long to fix, no more than 5 minutes.The staff is quite agile & friendly.There was no soap for bathing, there was just a bottle, just didn't try to ask for it because I had already brought it too.If you're a backpacker in Jogja, you have to try it, the standard room, if I'm not mistaken, is priced under 200 thousand/night (2 single rooms).10-15 minutes to Malioboro (by motorbike)In front of the hostel, there are lots of street food stalls which in my opinion have pretty good food at cheap prices (maybe because it's in the area near the campus) there's still plenty of food for 10-20 thousand per portion around there. (27 dec 2023)For buildings, don't have too high expectations, the important thing is that it is still comfortable for resting.The parking lot is very spacious.Recommended for those on a low budget
