Book directly with the owner at a price of 120k per night... that price gets an AC room, heating kettle, toiletries. You can wash it in the washing machine, kitchen and there's a gallon.The owner is very friendly. Thank you Mr Owner π

The place is really comfortable for spending the night in Jogja.The location is easy to find, the bedroom and bathroom are clean, the water is clean, the water taps and AC also function well. There is a place to park motorbikes and cars.The owner is also friendly, responds quickly when chatting. You won't regret staying here π

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I stayed in 2 different rooms. The first room has two single beds, a smart tv, so you can watch youtube and netflix. They also have hot water in the toilet and desk. The second room is larger, it has sofa and tv, kettle, and clean toilet just like the first room. The owner is very kind and helpful. He tells us everything we need, lends us the washing machine and this place has free wifi, tho sometimes the wifi not so good.With all this place has and with really affordable price I really recommended this place. If I get the chance to go back to Jogja, I would like to stay in here again. The hospitals and facilities they have are really suitable for family.

This is the best place to stay in the whole Jogja. The owners are super friendly, free tea and coffee 24 hours. Room are super clean and you can even use their laundry machine for free! The price are low compare to the room and the service you will get. I highly recommend this place.

The place is comfortable. For a price of 500 thousand for a week, you can get complete facilities such as air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, free washing machine + soap & fragrance, snacks. The mother & father of the boarding house are friendly. access to nearby cities.

Highly recommend those who want to go to Jogja to stay here, it's a really homely place, it feels like you're at home. The owner is also very friendly... I stayed in the family room, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, there was a sofa, hot water, AC, wifi, LED TV, everything worked well. There is now also a beach for drinking coffee, tea, coffee, sugar, snacks that have been prepared. Anyway, you won't regret staying here. The minus is that it is only 1 far from the center of Jogja such as Malioboro, AlunΒ², Point 0 etc. But that's each individual, after all in Jogja there's no traffic jams so it's a bit of a long way and I don't get tired hehe... Next time I'll definitely stay here again ππ
