I left my key in the room and couldn't enter the room anymore.Without a smartphone or wallet, I asked the woman in the kitchen to contact the host, but he didn't answer."I had an appointment with a friend, and she came to pick me up at the hotel, so I also asked her to call him many times, and asked the guest to call my friend if the host came.We were waiting nearby cafe when my friend got a call saying that the host was here and the woman told him about the situation, so we went back right away, but he went somewhere and didn't answer the phone again..."We had no choice but to go out, and he contacted us about 30 minutes later, and he said he had a master key, but he couldn't put it in the shoes box, and he kept the room open so that it wouldn't. t be auto-locked.""If I could contact him immediately, I would have waited for him at the inn, and why he didn't wait or contact my friend (I emailed him), but there was a problem with his response."I left my key in the room and went to the hot water room and couldn't get into the room. I didn't have my phone or wallet, so I asked the woman in the hot water room to contact the host, but he didn't answer.I had an appointment with a friend and he came to pick me up at the hotel, so I asked my friend to call me several times and also asked the host to call my friend if the host came. When I was waiting for a cup of tea nearby, the host came and I told him about the situation! When I got a call, I returned right away, but he went somewhere and didn't answer the phone again... I had no choice but to leave, but about 30 minutes later I received a call from someone who told me that they had the master key, but that I couldn't put it in the shoe closet, and that they would leave the room open so it wouldn't lock automatically. If I could have contacted him right away, I would have waited for him at the inn. Why did he wait even though I heard about the situation from other guests about the inn? Or did he not contact my friend (whom I also emailed)? It was my fault. However, there was a problem with the response.

It's right next to Exit 10 of Dongdaemun Station, making it a very convenient place to go for fun.You will be given a PIN number via email, and you will have to open it yourself and check in.There is an ondol heating system, and it is centrally managed so you cannot adjust it individually, but it was warm enough. It is a private room with a bed, refrigerator, toilet, and shower. There is a washing machine, dryer, and detergent in the common space, which I was very grateful for.The walls are thin and the room is not large, but if you are not looking for beauty or luxury and just want to sleep, I think it is fine.

I made a reservation through Agada, and even after check-in time on the day, I was not informed of my PIN number, so I sent an email and finally got a reply.I arrived at the check-in time but couldn't check in, and suddenly the room wasn't available, so I asked them to wait until 5:00 pm, and when I said I couldn't wait because I had baggage, they playfully told me I could cancel. They ended up canceling, but they didn't even apologize after that, and it was the worst experience ever.Everyone please be careful.

I couldn't check in because I couldn't contact you. This is my first time seeing an accommodation like this.

I paid something like 60,000 won for the weekend... but that's a shame. I don't know if it's 30,000 won...

I liked Phil House because it was very close to Exit 10 of Dongdaemun Station! Checking in was easy by looking at the screen, and the room was cozy and comfortable. …
