The rooms and bathrooms are clean. It smells clean. A hair dryer and toothbrush set are provided. Convenient travel. There are many ways to enter and exit, close to the airport and Central. But we like that Located near Wualai Walking Street. and midnight fried chicken restaurants Located near tourist attractionsQuiet hotel There aren't many rooms. There is a swimming pool in the back. which is very goodThe staff provide very good service. We drove and parked in front of the hotel. Nong Koi stood and looked up. along with carrying 2 more umbrellas Because that day it rained very heavily. Really impressedNext time, go to Chiang Mai. Will definitely go to stay here again.

Peppery hills hotel has been the best hotel we have stayed so far.First of all, the staff is incredibly charming and welcoming. We booked 3 activities with them (elephants care -ethical-, Chiang Rai visit and Thai cuisine classes -which I HIGLHY recommend-) and all of them were super great.Moreover, the room is clear and clean, with no mosquitoes or spiders at sight. The shower was powerful and towels are provided diarily. Also, the breakfast is really good, and the offered menu is awesome and tasty. Finally, the swimming area is a quiet and nice place to spend your evening.Other reviews have complained about the location, but it’s only 25 minutes walking to the centre and 9’ by grab, so not a problem for us. They pick you up from airport for free and do laundry for 60 B/kg.I cannot stop recommending this place for your stay in Chiang Mai, you won’t regret it.

I stayed here for 3 nights and I was very satisfied. The hotel is off the buzz of the old town. Here, it's very quiet, so quiet that it's not walkable at night, due to the dark lanes surrounding the hotel. Grab is readily available and it's about 80-100 baht to get to the old town area. The bed is excellent, shower is very strong and cleanliness is worth 5 stars. The staff are extremely polite, love the efforts of the front desk manager to remember guest names. I feel regret for not getting his name. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Everything has been great. The location is not the most ideal (it is the airport area) but it is true that with all the good treatment, the excellent service and the friendliness of the staff it makes up for it. I would return without a doubt. The people at the reception have been the kindest and most decisive people in the world, helping us with absolutely everything. You are 5 minutes by Grab from the center if you don't want to walk

Beautiful hotel just outside the city center, we loved staying here.The guys at the reception were the best we found on our trip to Thailand, they help you very willingly and are very kindThe hotel is very nice, the rooms are spotless and the prices are really excellent, the swimming pool is also nice.Keep it up!

This hotel is in an alley. There aren't a lot of rooms. There is an elevator. The room is clean. The price includes both breakfast and no breakfast. The receptionist provides good service. Spring bed, sleep without back pain There should be a pillow that you can change. I normally sleep on a flat pillow. In front of the alley there are gas stations on both the left and right. 7-11 is not very far away. There isn't much parking for customers. There is a small swimming pool in the back.

The best price-quality so far in all of Thailand, modern and hyper clean, and the staff... The guy at the reception is the best! We had a reservation at another hotel, we canceled and booked another night here.

Nice address ! The staff is really kind and available all long day. You can rent a motorbike to visit Chiang Mai and surroundings. There is a good laundry service et the breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool is also cool and close at 10pm. They offer a transport service to airport.

Best hotel in Chiang Mai! Never had this value for money before, and never with a staff this nice. We initially booked for a few days but extended our stay over and over because in the end it really felt like home. Toey, the hotel manager, really is the guardian angel of your comfort.

Good rooms, comparable to 4-star rooms, swimming pool, breakfast, everything is satisfactory. However, although the location is close to the airport, it is far from the old town to choose restaurants or enjoy other things, so transportation costs are a bit high for walkers. If you use Bolt Grab, The parking area is not large, but there is space to park. They also rent motorcycles.Above all, the best thing about this hotel is the service provided by the staff.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars, I would. The hospitality from the front desk staff made our whole experience!The rooms and breakfast were also good but the customer service was top notch. We were greeted by the biggest smile and most helpful receptionist every time we came through the doors. These interactions make all the difference!Location was just outside of the centre of Chiangmai but for the price, you cannot fault this place.Rooms and hotel interior were all really modern and also had a lovely pool. The place looks brand new and is very well looked after.Not one negative comment to say! Thank you so much for making our last day in Thailand a memorable and special one!

Good hotel, quiet and comfortable but could have a few points of improvement, the bedside lamps in the room did not work and neither did the jets in the pool. The swimming pool was not optimally clean. On the other hand, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful.

Peppery Hills Hotel-Chiang Mai Check in in the evening. Fortunately, there is still enough parking for a small hotel in Chiang Mai, but having parking is considered very good. The entrance in the evening can be a bit lonely. But when I checked in to the room, it was very nice. The room that I booked is a "Superior King Room". The double bed from the twin beds collide so it's very wide, mom😂 I like the design of the room. It's the right size but the various corners are arranged very well. Spacious bathroom The room price is in the hundreds. Including an excellent breakfast If you focus on it as a place to sleep and go out or go to work, it's good. And it's very suitable. 🥳👍💗
