In the first minutes, the hotel made a strange impression: the building was old and shabby, there were a lot of unnecessary items inside. BUT, after the first night, taking a closer look at the hotel and the area, we realized that the place was cool. Firstly, it is very close to Gyeongbokgung and Myeongdong, and secondly, the hotel is located on a party street with numerous cafes and shopping shops, while the hotel itself is located in a quiet side street. Thirdly, the hotel itself has an interesting mysterious atmosphere. The owner is taciturn, but good. There is a washing machine and a cooler with hot and cold water. The room was clean, the shower drain was good, there were no problems with pressure.

If you are alone with friends, family or lovers are not recommended. Quiet, friendly owner, great location for viewing Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Jongmyo Shrine, etc. The accommodation is old but clean and the bed is a bit uncomfortable. It's okay because the price is cheap

The place is locked up in the daytime (you need a keycode to enter or contact). Don't know what that means, but it can't be good. Family owned at one time, don't know if it is now. …

I stayed at this hotel twice, in 2014 and 2018.The room is small and the interior decoration is a bit disappointing (the photo is from 2014), but the price is reasonable and you can eat snacks freely in the morning. There are no complaints except for the slightly smelly toilet and washroom (one in each room). The location is also convenient.

Bit noisy at times. Don’t expect owner to care about that, as this a group owned company...so they don’t care about that. Motel is focused on Japanese tourists and business, so westerners shouldn’t expect special treatment. .  …
