it's small, claustrophic, run away, big suitcase, run away. The photos do not conform at all to what is posted on booking and other sites. You will have to go up to a 4th, 5th or 6th floor after perhaps a long journey and a loaded suitcase. With the rise in temperatures, odors are also present. The heat....no individual air conditioning. Are the comforters washed? or not, I still have doubts. The cleaning is you! When I returned for my last night I noticed that the lock on my suitcase had been forced. So it can only come from the people who manage the establishment, I left immediately I felt no longer safe at all.

I would definitely not recommend staying here. We arrived at about 9pm after a very long flight. After booking months before and even confirming our booking a few weeks before arriving, we had issues when we were trying to check in (self check in, by the way). Eventually, we managed to speak to someone in person. We were asked to wait in the 'playroom', which is actually just a small laundry room for 30 minutes while they prepare rooms for the 3 of us. Eventually, they said only 2 rooms are ready, but one person can sleep so long in another room until the following day. The rooms did not look like what was advertised on the website. The aircon and fridge did not work. It's a very small space. The location is definitely not the best, but when you leave the street it's located in, you're very central. The bedding did not look clean at all. Then they even tell you when you self check out you need to send pictures and adding 'it is said that the place a beautiful person stays is also beautiful' and when you give a good review you will get a Starbucks voucher. How are we suppose to leave you a beautiful place if you didn't give us one to start with. This is maybe a good option for backpackers.. because they do offer free laundry room with all you need. A kitchen with free basic things.

The location was good, but the surroundings seemed a bit scary, so I wouldn't recommend it to people who are not used to traveling overseas. The room was very small as shown in the photo, but it was surprisingly easy to use as there was a rack etc.It was helpful to be able to use the washing machine. There is also a water server and coffee machine, and you can also eat ramen.I can't say that the view from the rooftop is great, but it was nice to be able to smoke. Also, there were washed sheets and towels hanging out to dry on the rooftop, so I was relieved that they were being washed lol.The only drawback is that there is no elevator.Since it was on the 6th floor, it was difficult to climb up every time, and once I went up I took a break in the kitchen. It was hard going up the stairs when I was exhausted from walking around sightseeing.

It's so filthy that I don't really recommend it for women...[Good points]・Although the hotel does not have staff, online message exchanges are very smooth.・Although the water area was old and small, it was kept clean.[Bad points]・Are there ruins around the hotel? I was so scared that I regret booking here even before I found the hotel.-The moment I entered the room, it smelled so bad. The human odor of the man was stained in the room and bedding, and it was completely unbearable.・The comforter, futon (mattress), and pillows were not covered with sheets or covers, and were used by the previous person, and were they just sprayed with disinfectant? I think it's being reused. I also saw on the news that bed bugs were prevalent, and my whole body really started to itch.・Anyway, the room was so small that I laughed as soon as I entered. I couldn't open my suitcase on the floor, so I ended up opening it on the bed.・The toilet, shower, and sink are all integrated, and when I use the shower, the toilet and sink get soaked, so I took a shower in the morning and refrained from using the toilet afterwards.-There was no elevator and my room was on the 5th floor, so I had a hard time carrying my luggage.-The air conditioner was of a type I had never seen before that was adjusted by turning a disc on the ceiling, and although I tried turning it, the room did not get warm at all and was extremely cold.・The towels also smelled like humans. I didn't have any problems since I was only staying for one night, but guests staying for multiple nights have to wash their own laundry in the hotel's washing machine (detergent is free), which seems quite troublesome.【summary】・If you are a man and want to stay without meals for a few hours, you may not have any problems using this hotel, but if you are a woman, I think you will definitely regret it. Pay 1000 yen more and go to another decent hotel...! !

The room was smaller than the photo and was really minimal in size. However, you can also use the rooftop and the location is very good.

Good:The best part about the Arte Premium Onerous Guesthouse was its location. It is located near Myeongdong Shopping Street and Myeongdong Station, just a 10 minute walk from there. You also had two subway stations near you: Euljiro(sam)-ga and Chungmuro. Both are just 5 minutes away from the guesthouse. There are also few bus stations. The neighborhood and its street weren't the prettiest, but if you walk out the other direction, you find some good local cafés, restaurants and other places such as a bank and many convenience stores. The closest convenience store was just right around the corner, 30 seconds from the guest room. It is open 24/7, so if you need anything that you forgot or that the guest room can't offer, it's worth visiting "CU" (convenience store). It takes around 20-25 minutes by subway to every major location and neighborhood (Hongdae, Gyeongbukgung, Dongdaemun, Insadong, etc.) which is normal for Seoul. The manager is really friendly and nice and responds fast to questions and help. I like the accommodation for its price value. I stayed there for 7 days, 6 nights. It is definitely small and recommended for solo travelers only. I had everything I needed and there was also a shared kitchen that you could get free rice, ramen and water from. If you need to wash your clothes, there is also washing machines, dryers and drying racks if you prefer to dry them in the sun on the rooftop. If you smoke, you can also do that on the rooftop. Check-in is very easy. They'll send you the PIN code on the day that you arrive and it worked perfectly. No face-to-face check-in.Not so good:I was a little surprised when I arrived. The room did not exactly look like on the pictures, it looked like every other single guest room in Seoul. The reason why I booked Arte Premium was its look and the coziness. My room sadly did not fulfill my expectations. I contacted the manager of the guest room and he could not give me the room I saw in the pictures. But I got used to it very fast and somehow felt cozy and cute after a while. It is definitely a small space. I traveled with a big suitcase and I did not have much room to lay out the suitcase, I had to unpack on the bed. My suitcase also took a lot of space in the room, at some points I had to put the suitcase on top of the fridge to move around a little more. The bathroom corner was fine. I did not always feel comfortable sitting on the toilet, because it was just not a lot of space. A taller person (180cm+) would have a few problems when trying to spread out the legs. I would give the cleanness a rating of 3.5/5. I found an old pullover (not mine) under my bed on the day that I left. The bed was okay. Not the most comfortable mattress. It works for a few days and it even worked for me, for someone who stayed for a week. But there's definitely better options. The AC is fine. You sadly can't control the temperature but I never felt too cold or too warm in my room. There was a window in my room, I never opened it though. There was no need since the view wasn't pretty.
