AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!The location of the hotel is good as it is near the station but that's about it!!Theres no reception and the person who managed the place was soooo RUDE!He put all the rules like you cannot eat in the room, and you will get charge if the bedsheet or pillow covers got dirty and you cannot knock on his door between 10pm to 8am. We knocked on his door around 9pm to let him know that theres a stain in the bedsheet and theres no aircon remote to adjust the temperature (default to 18degrees). When he faced us he was making all sound and making it wayyy to obvious that we were disturbing him. Really poor customer service. We asked how to adjust the aircon and he said aircon is for summer which means we cannot use it! We also reported the stain but he couldnt understand what stain is so we said dirty and he said you think thats dirty?but we were just reporting the issue to make sure we werent charge for something that is not our fault. Then is asked if theres any more problem and when we said no he was shaking his head and looking very annoyed. Really bad experience!!!!

The sheets are dirty, there are bugs, the space is small, there is no elevator, no service, and you have to walk up a hillside to get back to the B&B, but the location is very close to Nandaemun and the subway.
