Not sure how it can claim itself a 4 star hotel and charge such exp priceIt’s more a love hotel than a normal hotel. Dont recommend for normal traveller1. The room is not cleaned properly. There are hairs besides the sink2. The rug and slippers have hole in them.3. The bench has stained on it and it looks super gross and disgusting4. The room does not have a wardrobe. Only two hangers for sleeping robe5. When I go back to the hotel on 3rd night, the room is not cleaned. I’m not told the cleaning service is not daily6. The hotel does not have any facility except for a bar. There is no gym/ no laundry / no breakfastIt’s the worst hotel I have been and I regret booking it

It’s just not worth the money at all. Close to night scenes, but other than that I couldn’t find a single positive point about the hotel. They never ever clean the room even after requesting multiple times. Bathroom smells pretty bad. You could hear a phone ring from next room. The list just keeps going.

You need to take this hotel for what it is.It's more of a love hotel than a regular hotel.Nothing wrong with that. The staff was polite.Room itself was ok in size, but even after getting a makeover, the room already needs to be properly fixed. Damage on the seating space, need of paint on the walls, and if this place wants to be in the category of a regular hotel, you need to soundproof the walls. These rooms are far from soundproofed. I've stayed in a worse room, but at least I don't need to listen to the neighbors all the time. Some might like it, though 😅😂The new color scheme is fresher and looks good.A big tv with tons of channels to look through. The rooftop has great potential but looks half made. Halway there, just the second half needed to make it a perfect hangout spot. But understand this, you don't stay here as a normal hotel. This is Itaewon, and Itaewon itself is not very well placed in Seoul.Normally, you stay in this area for drinking and partying. If you are looking for a genuine and comfortable place, there are plenty of options with a better location. The hotel is also located at a steep hill, so if you have a big suitcase, it will not be comfortable.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Super duper loud all the time, the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are saying. Loud music was blasting all throughout the night too. I specifically requested a quieter room but they put me on the second floor so I could hear everything on the streets. They also didn't have my room ready until 3 hours past the check in time of 6pm so I had to wait. When I got to my room, it smelled like rotting food and was super duper hot and humid. I felt super gross the entire time. Overall 0/10 experience would not recommend to anyone.

This is a very clean, very well, centrally located, functional (& rather pricey) hotel, very similar to Premier Inn or Travelodge in the Uk. Good shower & A/C; kettle; daily bottled water, bath robe and slippers provided. Truly enormous ‘smart’ TV.Bizarrely (& potentially risky): no in-room or hotel safe for valuables. Also, very little storage space for clothes and no hangers provided. The people on reception were very helpful and kind.TOP TIP: there is a nightclub/bar downstairs. Request a room on a higher floor.

The stay itself was great, but where this hotel really blew my mind is with how I was able to return several months after my stay to retrieve my belongings (a Nintendo Switch to be precise) I had left behind. This kind of behavior speaks volumes of Korean culture in the most positive way. In most other countries on earth, if something like this happened you'd only be able to retrieve your Nintendo if you were willing to go to the black market and barter for it. Thank you, to all of you.

Room was rather small, there was no closet and barley anywhere to hang coats and clothes. Only 2 small hangers at the entrance. There's also barely any space to store your luggages in the room?? It's really cramped and messy even as a room for 2 people. There was multiple stains on the bedsheets, and overall the it feels grimy and gross. There is no basic amenities provided in the toilet, not even a hair dryer..? Had to sleep with wet hair that night. The bathroom towels smelled really bad too, like a mix of bad odor and chlorine, I felt really gross when I had to use it to to dry my body and hair. The receptionist came off as really passive aggressive and odd. When we came in she spoke to us in a calm way, however suddenly changed her attitude to an overly exaggerated tone, to congratulate us that we did indeed book a room.

The room is very cramped. No closet to put clothes and only two hooks to hang our clothes. The two hooks originally had bathrobes hanging when we take those out to hang our clothes theres no where to put them since its that cramped in this room. Had to figure out a way to place luggage without tripping on them since floor space is small. Random stains on blanket. Dusty pillows. Random yellow stain on shower curtain. No basic amenities such as hairdryer, toothbrush kit, comb, shower cap etc etc. Uncomfortable room to stay in, very upset that i have to stay here for another three days. Not recommended.

Do not book if you want to be able to sleep as there is no sound proofing at all between the rooms. You can hear people laughing, yelling, talking, stomping. You can even hear the rustle of a plastic bag through the walls. Staff were very nice on the first night, different staff on the second day were very very rude
