I want to know what I'm saying. I want to know what I'm saying. The ceiling is leaking, so everything is wet, and some of them cannot be restored even after washing them. The boss hasn't texted me for days and of course doesn't compensate me.Heavenly flower plate leaks, Dongxi capital is wet, some parts are washed and no law is added. Lao board's short message from Tiandu was not repeated, and of course Risuke missed the meeting.Water leaked from the ceiling and everything got wet, some of which could not be restored even after washing. The president hasn't responded to emails for days, and of course won't pay compensation.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.Check-in is not possible after 10 o'clock, but there is no advance notice or notice.I called the counter to complain, and the response from a part-time worker was the worst I've ever experienced on a phone call in my life. There is no contact information for the boss and no solution. Most worst hotel I’ve ever been. After 10pm it’s impossible to check-in but they never gave us any message, call.I did complain in check in counter but the part time worker’s response was so awful and disrespectful. Most horrible experience.

The girlie sitting at the reception was so worried about her English, but she's done well, I'm sure she'll get comfortable soon enough with it. 😄 Anyways, I'm keping the long review for Booking, so here are just a few main points: the rooms were exactly as advertised, the whole building / café / hotel has very artsy / industrial look. Everything was provided as promised, the robes, toothbrushes, tea, etc. We had a view into the edge of the palace area. This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay to get around to see stuff and try restaurants.

Sure, you can stay in a much more luxurious and elegant way. But - do you need that? It was important to us that the hotel was centrally located and clean. Between these two games we can unquestionably recommend the hotel. The welcome was very warm and uncomplicated, the lady spoke perfect English. The room was a bit small but the room and especially the bed were very comfortable. The hotel is super centrally located between the oldest university in Seoul and the secret garden.Of course, the garage is also great, which is worth its weight in gold in Seoul.

DO NOT STAY HERE.I didn't actually get to stay here because I had to fight with the owner and receptionist about getting my money back. I originally booked through Airbnb and after some messaging back and forth I hadn't realized that the cancellation policy had been changed on the listing I was messaging about. They changed it so that if I canceled I would only get 50% of my money back (and I was booking for 3 weeks so you can imagine that was a lot of money) whereas the other listings you could get a full refund if you cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. I had to get a Korean friend to help me argue with the receptionist after he ignored multiple messages I sent asking for them to cancel my stay which I sent more than 24 hours before my stay was supposed to start. Instead of approving my request to change the dates of my stay (which I requested so I could then cancel and get my full refund back) he kept saying he was unable to do anything, which we later knew to be untrue because he did approve my change of dates right in front of us. Shady establishment, owners, and reception. Would definitely stay away.
