Taiwan was hit by strong winds. Flights at Kaohsiung and Xiaogang Airport in southern Taiwan were forced to be cancelled. However, the hotel owner was unwilling to refund the full amount or part of the refund. Later, the airline postponed the flight for 2 days and the itinerary was postponed. For extension, no fees will be refunded, and no accommodation will be accepted. Customers are not happy to see a natural disaster, but this is the way to deal with it. I changed 2 rooms in this hotel. The rooms were clean, one was OK, and the other was clean. The room is very poor and the sound insulation equipment is not good. The only good thing is the location. It is close to restaurants and convenient.

I have a very bad impression of Seoul, starting with the accommodation. It is also the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (hardware + overall service). I stayed on a high floor without an elevator (how can I go out without a suitcase)? You have to pay extra to change floors. There are spiders crawling on the bed. The hotel only cleans the garbage every day and provides water and large bath towels. It ignores the garbage and hair on the floor. "Mattresses" in the stairwell are really dangerous if there is a fire. It can really be said to be like living in a haunted house. Because of this experience, I probably won’t want to go to Seoul again.

Upon entering the shower, I was met with an unpleasant sight. The shower was in a state of disrepair, with dirt and grime covering the surfaces. This was not the same room that I had seen advertised on Agoda.

I visited about 3 weeks ago. As soon as we got in the room I noticed the AC was broken. They couldn't fix it and I requested to be changed into another room. They didn't have any rooms to change to. It was in the middle of Summer with the humidity at all time high. The Manager Miae and the staff agreed to issue a refund for us and I left at 1 am and had to find another hotel. TO THIS DAY I HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.

Staff is incredibly friendly. Location is great. Rooms are okay, but they have not weathered well over the years. Previously, I stayed here while living in South Korea. I returned to Seoul for a visit and felt disappointed on arriving to my room. Rooms could use some polishing/cleaning/updating. No kettle in room. The free breakfast is no longer, but there is a cafe/bar. Check in is at 7pm.

Hip paper? It was completely central. All the restaurants, cafes, and bars I want to visit are nearby, so I can unpack and travel comfortably. but. It's cramped. Don't expect much from the old facilities, but are they run by Chinese people? The towels were a complete mess. The bathroom is small and the sink is outside, splashing water, which is completely inconvenient. The price and location were good for a quick sleep.

Extremely bad. Would never pay to live here. Wouldn’t even live here if I was paid to. Mouldy and smelly. Lots of drunkards around the area. Rowdy street. Immediately checked out after looking at my room and had to forego my whole booking. Hotel was unwilling to refund nor were they receptive or apologetic and no resolution was provided such as any change of rooms. Pictures are 100% deceiving.
