Overall the apartment is located in a really convenient area of Seoul, few minutes walk from the metro and the airport bus stops outside the building. Comfortable clean and spacious. For multiple nights stay - bed is made up daily - but sheets only changed twice a week. We had an issues with noisy air conditioning in our first room - a larger more deluxe room was given in replacement but we had to wait 24 hours for the room - leaving us with another poor night's sleep. The only other negative is that only 1 towel was left in the room each day despite asking at the front desk multiple times. In all fairness the staff on the front desk have very limited ability speaking English - so I wouldn't detract this from the overall stay, as once we had changed rooms our stay was excellent.

Very inviting. Kind of gave that apartment feel and it was very spacious. They had a full ride refrigerator and freezer. There was a washer and stove top as well. The only complaint I have was there was construction going on next to the hotel but thats out of their control. So all in all it was a nice experience.

A great serviced apartments complex, easily accessible by air (be sure to get down right next to the complex though, better get the directions printed in Korean to show around). Language is a bit of a barrier, but that is understandable. Good service, but you need to ask for everything. Sometimes, they are short staffed with only one person running around (who was really great btw).Single rooms are great as they have more moving space. A double room just has one more bed for almost the same area that greatly reduces the available free space and you will feel cramped.Standard to advanced security on doors, but watch out of slightly older door locks, which take a bit of time to settle. You only get one set of water bottles complementary on the first day, rest days you need to buy your own. There is a 24 hours shop just downstairs, so not a hassle, but it would have been nice if two small bottles of water were provided, at least on demand. You only get one towel even on double occupancy. It is also very short to my thinking, but turns out that is the standard size in Korea; I have checked the shops as well. The showers are a hassle though, because you really need to spend a lot of time getting the temperature correct, and it suddenly changes tack mid-shower, sometimes very exacerbating! Seems you need engineering precision to change the shower knob as there seem to be really only two settings, arctic cold or lava hot.The room temperature controls are similarly hard, though you may have to take things in your hand and turn it off and let the air in.However, these are all small hassles compared to the more comfortable stay and freedom of having your own tiny kitchenette and washing machine. I will give it 4 stars for making it so easy for us to stay there.

This accommodation is practical for two reasons. Location to Seoul Station and the availability of a two bedroom suite. This is serviced apt and most amenities are provided. You will need your own salt pepper milk and other essentials for using the kitchen and laundry detergent if you want to use the washing machine. Soap and shampoo are provided.

This is a well located serviced apartment and hotel complex with large number of rooms. It is about one to one and half hours away from Incheon airport, but be sure to get down right next to it. There is a bus stop at the cooked itself while the subways 2 and 5 are few steps away (on the subway map, look for exit 4, it is the closest). The rooms are not too big, yet spacious enough. They are a bit pricey, but not too unaffordable. The service staff are responsive and friendly, though the language is a bit of a challenge. Not many plug points though. Service needs to be asked and sometimes staff are not that cooperative.

Although its mostly self-service because it has the qualities of a small apartment (e.g. conjoint kitchen with living room) it's really good. We had a lovely room that was comfortable but also represented modern Korean housing in a way. Staff were nice and helpful. No restaurant/food service but there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby so no problem. The higher your room is the prettier the view, and we could see the Namsan tower from our window so great view, too!좋았어요~! ^^

Fair priced apartments in great location. Apartments feature kitchen and washing machine, and are absolutely clean. Only drawback was proximity to Seoul station (which is also an advantage), with regard to noisy trains passing by occasionally.

Stayed here when I first arrived in korea. Room had everything like an apt. Kitchen,washer/dryer. Fridge, gas range. Felt nice and comfortable. Close to Seoul station and is walking distance from namdaemoon market and the shopping area. The staff was attentive. There aren't as many amenities as other hotels.

The rooms are spacious. It is equipped with an iron, ironing board, laundry rack, electrical stove, washing machine, TV and Wifi. The stay is comfortable with english speaking staffs. There are a few Korean eateries at the ground floor and bars open till late night.
