Sucks. Rooms are hot, AC not working. We need to make 5-6 calls and Whatsapp chat for them to handle our complaints. Then we got moved into different room which the AC is working but the walls are moldy. …

There is 2 point inconveniences during my stayed here.1. Check-in process, the corporate booked from company is not automatically registered on Hotel system. 2 different Receptionist checking, they need to repeated asking personal data. Even after 1st registering on front desk, the other girl can’t check on the system.2. Relocating my room to others (due to maintenance?)Honestly, I’d give a good review when I stayed in a great suite room, during my Business Trip here. After 2 days, suddenly the management relocate me to another room, which sadly downgraded. From high floor and good working facility into the (I think) old building but renovated.Bathroom was Okay, the bed was fine, but who’ll expected, will get downgrade work facilities. Please reconsider if you on Work or Business.

Staying in this hotel was regrettably one of the worst hotel experience and it was not exaggeration at all. The lobby and hallway was very hot and humid, and the hallway to the rooms smelled of old moldy carpet. The room I got was spacey but it seemed old, dark, and not well maintained at all, with scratching on the wood floorings and the desk. There was only one (1) singular chair nonchalantly placed in middle of the wide room with no coffee table whatsoever and a desk with rackety chair. The room hygiene was also questionable as the surfaces are covered with dust and I constantly had to clean my feet when I walked around without the sandals--and I hate using sandals in my room where I'm supposed to sleep. Oh yeah, the room was also hot during the day because for some reason the AC only blows on one spot instead of circulating cold air around the room. It was as if I'm staying in a damn humid moldy cave instead of a supposedly 4-star hotel room. That was just the room, I haven't even mentioned how horrible everything else was.See, this hotel is connected to The Rich Jogja Mall right. You'd think they would use hotel keycard (most effective) for the lift or at least putting a security person at the connecting area between the hotel and the mall, to prevent outsiders from freely getting in. There were none, and I felt so unsafe knowing literally anyone could just go up freely to the rooms. It was worse when I noticed the door frame in my room was badly repaired after what seemingly a broken frame from breaking in.Mentioning the lift, there were not enough lift for the guests and it was absolutely stressful to even try to go up or down as it could take more than 30 minutes. I was there for formal business, not leisure, and time accuracy was very crucial. I had to go down through emergency stairs once as I had ran out of time trying to go down with the lift and it was ALWAYS full, the lift staggering few times whenever I managed to get in was not helping at all.Breakfast was also one of the worst 4-star hotel experience for me. With the amount of guests I do think they were severely understaffed, because I saw the same person running around here and there trying to clean the tables and yet almost no clean table available. I had to eat breakfast surrounded with dirty dishes on dirty table. The food was just meh, and the salad bar were spoiled once because they didn't put ice/any cooler in it--I had to call them out on this one right at that time despite the lack of time I had, before anyone got food poisoning.TL:DR I will never stay in this hotel again, and just in case it seemed like I'm just trolling, I did fill the guest critics and suggestion card and mentioned all of this to the staff. Maybe they'd listen, maybe don't, I don't really care anymore as I was traumatized, but other people deserve to know about these details.

The room is quite old, when I walked throughout the room there is some part of wood that are cracking. Also, the service at the front desk is too slow. However, the location is great, it is located in the center part of Yogyakarta and next to Jogja City Mall.

The lifts are not enough specially when full booked in the morning. I've have been waiting for more than 30 minutes to get down from 16th floor to the lobby and still didn't get it. Finally, I took the emergency exit.
