Seriously shit. Too shitty. First of all, there is dust everywhere. Dust everywhere. There's someone's hair all over the bathtub. It stinks afterward. There's hair in the fridge too. You can't see the window from the outside, it's suspicious. I will definitely not stay there. For now, it feels too soft.

The hotel is acceptable, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, the administration and customer service are fatal, the staff in charge is going to destroy the image of the hotel, urgent changes are needed, applying quality and especially developing a manual of standards and procedures

To advise, some opinions are right in talking about small things that are not super beautiful; it is a luxury hotel all in marble with a bathtub and a large bedroom which is unfortunately getting a little older. But unbeatable value for money or you have to pay at least double for an equivalent room elsewhere, or the same price for 12 m2. And very well served, close to a major train station. If you have a lot of luggage, just avoid metro exit 1 recommended by Mao and Naver because there are many stairschoose exit 3 or 6 which have escalators

One of the employees working here in the evening was very friendly and impressed me. The overall property management is satisfactory. However, since I am staying for several days, it would have been better if they had changed the towels and managed the room. I didn't stay the last few days, but it would have been better if there was a refund or partial refund system. Another advantage is that it is accessible within 5 minutes from Wangsimni Station and is located somewhat far from the downtown area of the university. I registered a higher floor as an additional request, and I would like to point out that another advantage was that this was provided without difficulty.
