The room is cozy and comfortable. Laketel is in the one of the main area in the Seoul city. Only 30 mins to Gangnam area by subway. To stay in seoul area, is very expensive. You will find that price is cheap compare to the other accomodation. Room has all the stuff you need to stay. Owner is very kind and resonable person so you can ask him if you need further needs.

How does Laketel manage guests’ personal information? How long has it been since I checked out that I received a phone call and text message... Have you requested changes to other reviews via phone call or text message? I don't know how long personal information can be stored, but I doubt it will be used for purposes other than the intended purpose.Used as self-quarantine accommodation.Cooking and washing are possible, but chopsticks come in pairs and the electric cords for home appliances are short, so you have to move from one seat to using them.It rained at check-out time (12:00), so I waited for a while and tried to leave when it stopped, but I was kicked out.--------------------View and add the business representative's response.1. I made a reservation for self-quarantine accommodation, and the quarantine notice issued by the district office stated that the quarantine period was until 12 o'clock, so I did not check out until 12 o'clock in order to follow the rules and regulations. And since it was a self-quarantine accommodation, I knew that the check-out time was 12 o'clock. So I thought there would be enough time for the shower to pass.2. The information I received after booking the accommodation was quite detailed and useful, but there was no information about check-out time. If you operate it as a self-quarantine accommodation, you will need to add information about check-out times.3. Although I cannot describe the situation at the time of moving out, saying that I was kicked out is not an exaggeration at all. A few minutes after the 12 o'clock check-out time I knew, there was a knock on the door. When I opened the door, a staff member (supposedly) came into the room to discuss the need for cleaning. Not only did he not explain that he let me check out at 12 o'clock when the original check-out time was 11 o'clock, but he also said that taking a shower was none of his business and took my bag into the hallway, but is it wrong to say that he was kicked out?4. The microwave oven on top of the refrigerator had a short electric cord, so I had to move it to the sink every time I used it. The washing machine's electric cord was short, so I had to pull it out a little forward to use it, and there were not enough outlets, so I had to remove the TV or Internet router when using the washing machine. People are asking why I didn't ask for an exchange of mismatched chopsticks. It was quite inconvenient, including a problem with the electric cord, but I was able to use it, and I just used it in order to follow the rules and regulations of avoiding external contact during self-quarantine.5. At the end of the quarantine, I ended the call with a very good feeling when a person, probably the company representative, told me over the phone how to dispose of waste. The CEO seems to have a generous heart and consideration for others. However, it seems to be a priority to expect the person managing the accommodation to be generous and considerate of the guests rather than the guests.

I had a chance to work in Yeongdeungpo for a while, so I lived there for about 3 months. The room was designed to be practical, so I lived without any inconvenience. The owner is friendly and Times Square is close so it's very convenient.

Transportation is the best as it is within a 5-minute walk from KTX Yeongdeungpo Station. Shinsegae Department Store and Lotte Department Store are also right in front. The building is well maintained and the owner is friendly.

It was quiet and clean, and it wasn't uncomfortable at all for one person to live there. I plan to stay again on my next business trip.
