Not recommended~~The price has increased too muchIn the past, single rooms were less than 1,500, and double rooms were around 2,000.The price can outweigh the shortcomings, if it’s too expensive it’s not worth itAdvantages: Cheap, subway station downstairs + food stalls*1+7-11*1Disadvantages: poor service, far away from non-core areas, smelly sewers, poor sound insulation, inadequate cleaning, no 24-hour front deskI called the police and was scolded by the front desk, asking why the police should come to the accommodation, but I followed the police’s instructions and waited at the hotel 🙂

Worst place I’ve stayed in Seoul, absolutely not worth it. The cost is close to that of a hotel but it’s just like any cheap capsule hostel in Myeondong. Stayed 2nights at their double room, small room, cheaply built tiny toilet with mouldy curtains and no separation so shower water just floods the floor. Zero service with no receptionist and zero route to get help. Tiny gym that you need a reservation to get into, but the booking platform is just a chatbot that’s unmanned after 6pm lol The “IG-able” common area is in B2 basement with horrible ventilation and fluorescent lighting, couldnt stay more than 10mins.Mangrove is much like Seoul, great marketing from afar, a watered down disappointment once you get to know it.

Location very central and good connections by bus and train. The check-in system is good, the staff very helpful. What bothered me is that the app and the process for reserving one of the different rooms is very complicated and not “beginner-friendly”. The rooms are small and there is little space. However, if you travel a lot, this doesn't bother you.

Stayed today at the end of March. Cheaper than other prices, the room has enough space for one person, and a 28-inch suitcase can be spread out in front of the end of the bed. There is also a bathtub, but the water outlet is not good. If the water in the bathtub is drained out at once, the bathroom will flood. There are many shelves in the room where you can store your trophies, and there are small pull panels and plugs under the bed for easy charging of mobile phones. The geographical location is very convenient. Just come out of the new station No. 4 and walk straight. If you are carrying luggage, you can also take the elevator between No. 2 and No. 3 to cross the road. After 10 o'clock in the evening, you have to scan the card when entering the door, and you also need to scan when taking the elevator. It feels quite safe for one-person residents. The inconvenient aspects include that the room cleaning service will only be provided for more than 4 days, and the garbage must be thrown out before checking out, so you need to prepare more time in the morning. The garbage port is not big, so you must sort it carefully and not throw away the whole bag. Then the room is air-conditioned. The mouth is facing the head, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
