I don't know because I didn't use the room, but the temperature in the sauna bath was generally low. You can think of the facilities as a large neighborhood sauna. As a special feature, the sauna has a small open-air hot spring bath attached to it. It seems that you have to pay an additional fee to go to the spa after changing into your swimsuit, but after observing for about an hour, it seemed like no one was using it.
