We spent the weekend at this beautifully designed hotel, but unfortunately, the overall service fell below our expectations. We encountered issues from the non-existent bell desk to the indifferent front desk staff. Their attitude was apathetic and they seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When we inquired about recommendations in the area, the front desk staff simply walked away without a response.Moreover, the room cleaning was subpar. The thin walls in the rooms made it difficult to relax, as we could hear noise from upstairs and outside the room. While the guest rooms were aesthetically pleasing, the lackluster service and sound issues overshadowed the positive aspects of the hotel.Regrettably, we have decided that we will not be returning to this hotel in the future, and we cannot recommend it to others based on our experience.

A 4 stars hotel where no free toothbrush and toothpaste, you have to buy toothbrush and tooth paste from them, so don't be surprised when you know this early in the morning, and you would find yourself have to buy it from them to brush your teeth, or you walk out from hotel to minimarket to have one. And also only one little bar of soap provided soap for 4 person during 2-3 days!The location also not in shopping area. You again have to pay for sauna which part of the gym.

The rooms were cool. Have never had a hotel, let alone at this price point, close all their restaurants and room service for a holiday the next day and not bother to tell hotel guests when they check in. Unacceptable at a $500 a night hotel. The elevator didn't work properly; it would constantly take you to the 9th or 10th fl when you pressed your floor. Some other quirks that knock it down a few notches.

Stayed here very recently on a girls’ trip and overall had a great time. It’s a gorgeous property with friendly and kind staff.Pros: beautiful, SPACIOUS rooms. Comfy beds and bedding. Little street noise.Cons: No A/C in the rooms. We were told it won’t be addressed/fixed(?) until April. We kept our window open which kept the room at a relatively comfortable temp for the most part but this was a significant issue.Lack of food/beverage outlets was a huge downer for us.Our room had outlets that weren’t working and there wasn’t any follow up from the staff on this issue.Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel showed a lot of potential. Would be interested in coming back in the future with the hopes that some of these issues have been worked out/improved by then, given that this is a fairly young property.

Avoid! Although it looks luxury, they will try to scam you on everything like hidden service costs, 5x more expensive taxis etc.! You cannot regulate AC/heating and the street noise would not let you sleep in the night.
