We recommended a trip to Busan for guests from overseas, and after confirming the reservation through Agoda, we sent 5 family guests.Foreign family guests from hot countries called me shivering in the harsh winter and called the owner, and they unilaterally refused to answer the phone. Agoda confirmed the reservation, but the hotel operator told them to cancel the reservation because they could not contact them, and they were very stubborn.Perhaps the hotel owner will sign a double contract at a better price.I'm so dumbfounded by your irresponsible behavior of saying you don't know me because it's uncomfortable to talk about.
