I have no desire to compare Fensen and hotels.This is because the types of accommodation are different.However, I believe that the basic aspects (sanitation management and facility maintenance) should be guaranteed.The reason I can't give this place a high rating is because this basic part was not followed.I had a strong feeling that it was a pension that was not managed, so if this area is not improved, I don't think I will use it again.This is the time when many tourists gather in Gyeongju to see the fall foliage, but it was not easy to make a reservation as we were in a hurry to find accommodation.At a price of about 150,000 won per night, it was a good deal and it was quite spacious.Heating wasn't bad either.These are the advantages of the room I stayed in.To summarize the shortcomings:1. No soundproofingI expected this to some extent since it is a place where people come to enjoy entertainment, but the fact that no action was taken to keep people coming and going even after 2 a.m. made me think that it was out of control.2. The room is different from the image on the official website.I'll just mention three things: living room lighting, curtains, and sofa.Even in the photo, the two lights are different. If a light bulb is out and it is not replaced, it means that the room is not maintained.The curtains and sofa were so different that at first we had doubts as to whether this was the room we had booked.In particular, I don't know where they got the sofa, but it was so old and the sheets looked old and dirty, so I tried sitting on it, but ended up just sitting on the floor.If it weren't for the picture frame and the kitchen tiles, I wouldn't have thought it was a room at all.Even though the image is for reference only, if the equipment has changed significantly over time, I think the photos on the homepage should be updated.I wouldn't have made a reservation if it had photos that looked exactly like what we actually saw.At least I would have been less disappointed.Even though we live in a world where people do not meet face to face and interact via the Internet and phone, it is very unfortunate that basic promises are not kept.3. Bathroom hygiene and maintenanceSince the tiles are broken and not maintained at all, it would be normal for bugs to appear, right?Did you know that the bathroom door is broken and won't lock?I couldn't comfortably use the towels they gave us, and I couldn't use the pillows and blankets.I just slept on the bare floor in the living room.I didn't feel like the bedding would be well maintained.If you think that it doesn't matter because you're just a passing guest staying for one night, I really hope you reconsider.We would appreciate it if you could just follow the minimum basics.

The swimming pool is so pretty at night

It’s not even worth a single star. Cost-effective? The smell of cigarettes, the cockroaches, all the windows were broken, the owner said he was planning on staying at the pension for just this year, the worst trip ever, the food was gone, and I couldn't sleep well.

The facilities are old and parking is a bit inconvenient. The cleaning condition is also not that good.
