The location is quite strategic in front of a minimarket, close to a shopping center. The staff is quite friendly. What needs to be improved is the room facilities. The paint on the walls of the room is peeling, it looks old and worn. The bathroom shower cannot be used, the cupboard is moldy and there is no door handle.

For the price, it's cheap, but the cleanliness is very unfortunate, when it arrived the floor was scratchy and hadn't been swept + hadn't been mopped, the bed sheets were like in the photo, there were animals in the toilet🤦🏻Sometimes the lights flicker

Another name is Delta Hotel. Because it can be ordered via the Reddoors application, the other name is Reddoorz plus Timoho. Very strategic location in front of a 24 hour Indomaret. Service was lacking because the sheets seemed dirty. The towels also looked like they had been used.

Checked several kmr, nothing good. The AC was not cold, soap and shampoo were not provided, the bathroom floor was wet and water was leaking. The roof of the bathroom is rotten, the electric plug for charging the cellphone near the T4 bed is also destroyed.The employees are friendly and there are several minimarts and food stalls around, but the location is far from the city center and tourist attractions.

The photo doesn't match the original.. Once on Eid Hajj 2023, the room had lots of mosquitoes, the AC was dead, the receptionist said it was gone, they just answered yes, it was broken.. That's it, the bathroom was dirty..

Stayed here twice. For that price, it's already good. But unfortunately the hot water in the upper room doesn't work. But it's okay because it's not that cold.

I got the corner room. The condition of the rooms is cramped, not well maintained, the walls are peeling, the roof has spider webs. The bathroom was quite dirty, there was only one towel, and it looked like an old towel, it looked rotten, there was no soap or other toiletries. The sheets, pillows look dirty and downy. Not at all like what Reddoorz photographed, for accommodation priced at 250K, this is really not worth it. Below are attached photos of this accommodation with inadequate rooms. Very disappointed with this accommodation, and definitely won't come here again if I go to Jogja

If it's just for transit, that's fine, but if you get a cheap room, it's better to look for another hotel.I stayed overnight and got room 108 zonk. The door handle from the inside was broken so it was difficult to open it. Asked to move rooms to move to 114.Room 114 is even bigger. Cables were scattered, the bathroom had cobwebs like it hadn't been used for a long time, the water in the sink was small. The towel is rough like a doormat.What's worse is that there are uninvited guests "cockroaches"Between being tired and wanting to complain, I've given up on smashing the cockroaches and throwing them away.

I should be able to give this 5 stars but unfortunately the shortcomings of the hotel itself are very visible...Maybe the management is not good and does not pay attention to the comfort of tenants.Very understandable for a 100k setback price.The room was not clean, the cupboard was dirty and the hangers were damaged. Dirty mattress and bed sheets. Smelly bathroom. The toilet is broken. The sink glass is unbelievably dirty. The shower is broken and cannot be hung. The shower drain is leaking. The water pressure is less strong. The AC is not cold. The front of Rooms 101-104 was supposed to be a fish pond but the pool had no water so it was scary at night and the worst thing was that there were cockroaches coming into the rooms. From where? From outside because there was a puddle of dirty water in the pool and lots of insects there.The advantages of staying here are that the price is quite affordable, the mattress is still soft, there is enough parking, there is a TV box available, the living room has a TV and is quite spacious, and one thing that makes me happy is the welcome from the security man who guards at night, his father is friendly very solid.Managers please pay more attention to cleanliness and comfort. It would be a shame if a hotel like this were not managed well.

Not bad, for that price. Unfortunately it's quiet so it's a bit creepy. Broken ceramics haven't been repaired, only got 2 towels. Even though it was time to order for three of us. Can't get toiletries like the existing RedDoorz picture examples.

The room is dirty, the sheets are dirty, the mattress has dry lizard poop, please pay attention to cleanliness. The bathroom has a lot of crust too. Service was not good, greeted without a smile and rude.
