Please improve the human resources, remember the popularity of a business depends on the loyalty of its human resources, we missed the breakfast time limit, other hotels usually call several rooms to tell the occupants to enter during breakfast hours. Maybe it's a bit slow here, in fact, with his arrogance, one of the employees almost started a dispute

Incidentally, I didn't stay here, just attended a seminar in the hall on the 3rd floor.The problem is that the air conditioning in the hall is not functioning optimally. Even after adding a fan, it still feels hot. This was worse from the front to the back of the hall.I think the hall is not suitable for events with many participants. On the other hand the parking area is limited.

I came for a work meeting in the hotel meeting room, and the ambiance is so comfortable, even though it's in the middle of town with busy traffic in front of the hotel.

The bed sheets weren't clean enough. The receptionist likes to gossip about hotel customers in front of the customer's face, which is very impolite

Right in the city center, everywhere is close to the Yellow Palace and riverside cafes, just walk and the rooms are like 3 star hotels

Not the worst but definitely the worst. The bedcover has a hole in it. It's really ugly, the contents come out of the edge of the bed cover. Then when I wanted to check in the receptionist was really rude. It's crazy that you don't use a friendly smile. I even asked for cutlery for the room, somehow, the staff took it out of the reception desk drawer?! It wasn't cleaned, it was dirty and under the wires, like that. Hell, I would use that! The placement of the AC in the room wasn't really good. But, for Ms. "check out, thank you, it's really good.

Maybe what could be an improvement in the condition of the room floor, it needs to be swept or cleaned, the room is quite comfortable for resting, but there is only 1 electrical socket, the price is quite economical, complete toiletries are available, there are hotel slippers too, air conditioning, hot water TV in working condition OK, strategic location in the middle of the city of Base Bun, outside parking there is a special car parking space next to the hotel

Stayed there 2 different nights. First room was ok for budget hotel. Room was on opposite side from mosque so was quiet. But second room wasnt very clean. Pipes under sink had huge leak.Β β¦

April 21, 24 booking 2 kmr. Arrive at the hotel at 19.00 WIB. As for the room, the sheets and blankets were full of stains... asked to change the sheets and waited for hours in the waiting room which was full of mosquitoes. Asked to move rooms, the condition of the replacement room had dirty sheets. I asked to change the bedsheets but I couldn't because the housekeeping had already gone home. Very bad service. And there is no customer complaint service. Finally I moved hotels.Very disappointing. I have often stayed at this hotel since 2022. At first it was very satisfying, service, cleanliness and food. As time goes on, service decreases, especially cleanliness.This is not the only time I have been disappointed. In 2023 I have a 3 day booking. Always arrive late at night or early in the morning, understandably from remote areas. At 7 in the morning I was knocked only to be asked if the room would be cleaned or not???? You should look at the time. The second day at noon when I entered the room there were several cockroaches... I immediately complained. Waited almost 1 hour for someone to come and I was moved to a room. That night I accidentally saw a baby centipede coming under the bed. The next day, just check out.Of course, not every person who stays will get bad service.But this time "not recommended"

The location is strategic in a busy place, I once stayed here, ordered via the application, but it turned out the room was small, so it was cramped for praying
