My husband and I, along with our children, tonight were very disappointed with the service at the Palangkaraya safe hotel, the reception guard was rude and not at all friendly, even though I was far from Pujon, I wanted to stay there because my friend said it was a little affordable, I didn't know anything, in fact Even when my child was still small, he was shouted at, as if we as parents had no self-respect anymore, the child was walking here and there, so the feeling of wanting to stay at the safe hotel on Sodarso 3's age was gone. This time I found an arrogant hotel keeper, so, not the least bit polite, when asked for help, his face was sullen, not very pleasant to look at, even though we paid according to what he said, the service was very bad, the hotel was not at fault, it was just the wrong choice of employee, which could cause a lack of visitors, due to his arrogance, thank God I was able to stay overnight At the guest house the people are super friendly so it's comfortable
