As for the service, we understand that maybe when SDH is tired, JD doesn't smile much, but for the room, cleanliness, place and location, it's really good...we like Javanese food because we are Javanese.

the service and location are really good, the suggestion is to improve the neatness of the bathroom. It's a shame I didn't have time to have breakfast here, maybe next time.

Doesn't match expectations. The mattress needs to be replaced because the springs are worn out so sleeping is uncomfortable and the facilities are lacking so just try it yourself. Good luck

Dirty room full of large spider webs, There are corpses of large spiders on the floor of the room. The walls are damp and lots of black mold. The AC only has wind, it's not cold. There are lots of mosquitoes in the bathtub. There are no clothes hangers in the bathroom. Breakfast is delicious even though the choice of side dishes is small.

The worst hotel out of several hotels in Pangkalan Bun, don't be lured by the pictures. The room is dirty, the Spring Bed is no longer suitable for use, many of the Spring Beds are broken, there are lots of bedbugs, lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom is dirty, many of the bathroom faucets are broken, the bathroom door board is loose, there is no comfort at all. .but if you want to try it, please do. And feel expectations that don't match the photos posted and descriptions that say good but don't match reality.

Standard rooms are not recommended. It's better to sleep on the floor, the mattress has lots of fleas and there's no AC remote.

The worst hotel in terms of facilities and service is that the rooms are dirty, the doors are dragging, the bathroom door can't be closed, the water tap is broken, the bathtub is broken and replaced with a bucket. Breakfast ran out. The hotel is very unprofessional in terms of service, wait for bath towels from the laundry and then give them after the guest has showered, the reason is they are still in the laundry, just look for another hotel because in my opinion this hotel is very bad
