The rooms are spacious, neat, fragrant, the cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom is maintained.Very good service from all Werra Resort Hotel employees, friendly, polite and polite.Strategic location, not too far from the Sampit Monument Roundabout. The most important thing is that there is a car wash near this hotel ๐๐, so it's the right solution for those who come with dirty vehicles ๐

The room was a bit dirty, the TV was off and when I complained it was said to be a problem and as a result it couldn't turn on. The price is the same as hotels that have much better service. Food was cold tooโฆ.

It's luxurious in the photo, the inside is just ordinary, the SDH is old... There are cockroaches... The TV remote only works with the original one being held by the operator...

The TV has no sound. The bathroom has a bathtub but it doesn't work. Hot water doesn't work. Not worth the price

The outside view is really good, when I came here at night the place was dark and not many lights were on. PS when I entered the room there was a cockroach in the bathtub and there were spiders in the cupboard. Then when I was going to sleep the AC turned off by itself and couldn't turn on again. but the service and food are okay
