It's really strange that the room doesn't match the photo!! booking using the application gets a discount for paying using mbanking when you check in you are told to pay more!! It's strange that all the time I'm forced to book a hotel because I'm really tired and looking for the closest hotel, the room smells really bad!! I'm so dizzy that I paid more to get a room like a bad one. The sheets are dirty, there's still hair on it.

What's worse is that when I complete the AC it won't turn on. In fact, the hotel guard was accused of slamming the AC remote. It's so strange that we asked and asked back. The skinny guard was always rude. It's really unethical for the waiter to be with the thin lady.

The service really doesn't have an attitude, firstly the ID card is withheld, usually it's just a photocopy while the ID card is important, for example, if I go out and then get raided, it's a hassle again, secondly the AC isn't cold and then I complain only to respond that the door is closed so it's cold, the water in the bathroom doesn't stink, so on. because we checked in from Sampit at 9 pm, we were tired, we woke up late and was knocked by the lady at 11 o'clock saying check out time, basically the service was really annoying

The problem is that it's bad, the room still has a lot of tissue under the mattress, then there's a lot of hair, like loose hair and extensions, the request isn't smoking, the room smells of cigarettes, it's really a shame for the child who is coughing because of the smell, asked to move and the room wasn't full, even though no one was staying at the time. it's quiet polll... basically I'll give up, if I don't have to because the AC is broken and it happens to be close to home...Even though it's said to be cheap, we're staying for free, but it's not free... but the lady wasn't polite enough to return the deposit because she was reprimanded by the sis. The next time she was swept, the room was taken well, instead it was a pout, I'm sorry, it wasn't, I was ignored and pouted, returned the deposit and didn't even talk about playing taro...Balecakkk jar Dayak people kwkwkwkwThere's a photo of her but I can't bear to share her long hairHopefully the future will be better..What's cheap isn't always cheap ☺️

Not 2 times, let alone 3 times staying here, unfortunately the rooms are nice, but the service is far from satisfactory,Serving guests, talking without looking at the guest's face, while playing on his own cellphone, checking out at dawn, no one standing by, so the result is a long wait before you can take the deposit
