Overall the quality matches the price. The room is clean but the AC is not cold. The bathroom is quite clean and the water can be adjusted hot or cold.And it was noted that the service was less than satisfactory because the receptionist didn't stay there when checking out.

It's a shame that towels and toiletries are not provided. The TV was damaged and couldn't be used. When the room was filled with people, suddenly an officer was able to access the room even though there were people inside.

The toilet smells, there are no towels, the bathroom door doesn't lock and is broken, the accommodation is dirty, basically not recommended.

Horrible cleanliness (bathroom with diverse fauna), they don't speak English. Feeling of insecurity, I had to leave the hostel as soon as I saw him (I'm not at all exquisite and it's the first time I've done it). Better to book somewhere else!

Even worse than expectedDespite the negative comments, we booked the accommodation (Deluxe Double category) due to the limited selection in the city. And what should we say? The reception had no idea that or what we had booked. After a few teething problems, we were given a room with 2 single beds (which we then pushed together). The enormous smell of perfume was more than unpleasant. For a brief moment we understood that this was supposed to cover up the much stronger smell of smoke in the room. The night was hardly bearable. In the meantime the smoking continued in the lobby. Aside from the smell, the sheets were completely dirty, there were no towels, no toilet paper, no trash can. But there are endless mosquitoes. The only positive thing in the room was the shower with very good water pressure. When we asked reception at 6:00 a.m. to order a taxi for 7:00 a.m., they agreed and we asked again at 7:00 a.m. whether a taxi had been called, all we could see was complete helplessness on our faces. Definitely better to spend more money and book something else!

Bad service, bitchy adminThe only remaining online order is here, booking 4 kmr turned out to be just right until the rooms were full. Why don't you turn off the APK? Take a ride in the toilet but the door doesn't have a lock, it's dirty, smelly, stuffy.

the room was nice, but the bottom room had lots of worms, the service was bad, the CS liked to lie and said there was one room left, he gave us a room with a broken door lock, I wasn't the only one who got that. friend asked for a towel, he said there wasn't one, another guest was using the towel, we're not guests, he didn't understand the CS answer.
