The location was not the best, but mostly to me the hotel looked like a dungeon. It has very bad maintenance, bad smell and the toilet didn't work as it should...

There is a self check-in / check-out system. There will be no reception to greet you. If you are going to reserve a place through a Booking-like application, you need to follow the instructions in the message sent to you.

Good place, super unmanned, but the rooms are small, I was on the 5th floor without an elevator, steep stairs. The floors of the room and bathroom as if they were not finished, the overall feeling that I would not stay here again, there is room for improvement.

We booked a room with a window (shown on both picture and description)When we arrive at the lobby, they did not even said hello and looked at us, they just said "passport", first impression = 0We thought "Ok, we're here for night, it'll be better tomorrow"We checked-in, opened the door, big humidity and musty smell. We also immediatly noticed that they were NO window in our room, none! The room looked like a prison cell. Bathroom was unsanitary, floor destroyed.We went to the "lobby" to complain, they just said:" yes you booked one with window, but this is the only one we have, so you'll be here."We said we cannot stay here, impossible.They told us: "Ok, what you can do is ask cancellation without fees and be sure we'll do what is necessary to get your money back"Please note that we did not even sleep in this "room", we left 2mins after we checked-in as this place was unsanitarySo we booked another hotel, having this reservation still on, waiting for their respondThis happened after I did the request, just quick respond on the chat: " No, not possible."I came twice to the hotel.First, the receptionnist did not even know who was responding on their hotel's chat. Not even able to give me the telephone number of this person. I requested to speak to a manager, but she did not know what to doI came back later, no one was here, I called several number, waited 20min, no oneI even met two german travellers that were in the same situation!They are thiefs, and total dishonest. I work in this industry, it is really the first time I experience this as a customer.For next travellers, please don't go there, you'll waste your time, money & energy.

We booked this accommodation because we needed somewhere to stay in the morning. However, the check in was not done via the Booking app because no one responded. The number on the door for check-in could not be reached. Messages were only replied to after 6 hours. We then found another hotelhave to search.We have not received the amount paid back.

Location is great. But it's on the main road so if you get a room that look at the road, it might get a bit loud sometimes tho it didn't bother me.What bothered me was the staff itself (ladies who came in the morning) are super loud the entire morning. Never met any of the staff because it's contactless check in/out. But every morning when the staff comes, they just sit on the ground floor and chat super loudly. Our room was on 1st floor so I was mostly awaken by their loud laughter, endless chatter, loudly watched videos and other things. They're just pretty inconsiderate when it comes to people sleeping in the rooms. Rooms are clean, nothing over the top, as you get what you pay for. The beds were hard as rocks and pillows were too small in our room. Overall, it wasn't a very pleasant stay, thankfully we didn't stay long.
