BAD SERVICE! I often stay here, often take part in the longitude program, proji, but today I was really angry because of the way this hotel employee warned me when I wanted to take food from the Bujur Merdeka program "don't take it all ma'am!" followed by "if you take everything, what will the other visitors eat!?". Just so you know, I was very offended because I took fruit at once for 3 people and used a small plate so it must have piled up quite a bit. We love eating fruit and what's wrong if we take it and finish what we take? I came to your hotel to join ALL YOU CAN EAT and as far as I know, it's NOT MY OBLIGATION TO MAKE SURE ALL YOUR GUESTS GET ALL THE FOOD, IT'S YOUR DUTY TO REFILL THE FOOD THAT WAS EMPTY. You reprimanded me like that as if I finished all the fruit on display even though I only took a few strawberries and grapes and even then I didn't finish even though you didn't reprimand me. I will never forget your face sis! Just remember your mouth your tiger.

Have an amazing stay in this hotel, nice view to the city and close to center. The breakfast is always good with many variety of dishes including western and local cuisine. The gym was ok and rooftops swimming pool is great. The sauna is okay actually but we experienced something not nice when other guests were constantly spitting on the floor. Just feel not hygienic for sport place like this. The cafe downstairs is good with live music and good cakes.

I entered the hotel on 220724 around 16.30 and asked my car to be parked by the security guard at that time, in the morning at 7.50 I took the car key to security in front of the lobby and I immediately took the car in the basement, it turned out that my car had a scratch on the rear right door, immediately when I reported security guarding the basement, then at 15.00 I reported back to lobby security, at 19.00 I reported again at 20.30 again to report to security in front of the lobby, all the answers were still looking for security who parked the car, I don't know unless I remember his name (it's ridiculous, where's the CCTV and short schedule) another reason is that management is not there n up to this moment there has been no response to my report...It's a shame that the hotel management is afraid and traumatized by staying at this hotel

Not for those with sensitive ears.. Because at night until almost dawn the sound of the discotheque could be heard in the room.. I was on the 9th floor, room 902, I could hear it and couldn't rest.. You guys built a hotel, we came basically looking for a comfortable place to rest.. this is very detrimental we are the ones who pay for the rest.Make the room ok... Clean.

One of the hotels located in the middle of Palangkaraya city, easy access to Palma and the city center roundabout because you only need to walk in about 5 minutes to arrive...Rooms are good, toilets are good, parking is available at the front, bottom and back of the hotel, more spacious, breakfast is free for 2 people and for additional children over 5 years old, pay in full for the restaurant.The check in and check out process is fast..The swimming pool facilities are good, there is also a gym and sauna which visitors who stay overnight can use for free.

The 2-wheeled parking area is not comfortable and is not safe, I'm afraid of motorbikes being scratched, because they are close together, especially if the motorbike is new, it will definitely get scratched.
