2024.5.22 It hasn't collapsed yet.I don't know when the floor will be removed from the second floor hallway. I stayed for 5 days this time, but the bed was like concrete and the room was still hot and humid. The black ladies remained the same, and the only Japanese person staying with me was an old man. There really aren't any Japanese people in Khaosan...I don't want to stay in a place like Long Rak.The signboard was gone, and I don't think any new visitors would know if there is an inn here. On the third day, I was surprised to find that a Westerner was staying in the room next door. Must be a repeat customer

When I googled the inn's name, my YouTube video came up high, so I'd love to see what's going on once the coronavirus pandemic is over. In December 2023, the signboard is gone but the store is open. Single night 150-200B. Previously, it was mostly a Japanese inn. This time I was the only traveler, along with about a dozen black women who were staying for a long time and several Thai people. Well, I met Jinroku-san a long time ago on PC, and we met again by chance on Ishigaki Island in April of this year. Let's meet again somewhere.

I've been using it for the year-end and New Year holidays for the past 10 years. The inn used to have many problems, but about five years ago it became a quiet inn. You can use the toilet and shower. The ceiling fan is broken, so the fan provided by the inn is the only cooling device. After midnight, the outside air becomes cooler, making it more comfortable. I've never heard of bed bugs, so I can sleep soundly. The Japanese people who gather here are all serious people, so I've never had any trouble. The latest information is that it remains closed, so we hope that it will open soon. There are some parts that are broken, so you have to be careful when staying there. There are many troubles with stairs, hallways, and electrical outlets, so you need to be prepared to use your wisdom.

I can't believe you can make reservations online for this legendary run-down inn. I have many fond memories of it, but it's not the kind of inn I want to stay at.

Cheapest single room in Khaosan, 150B, dirty, hot and old, but if it's still good, it might be a good place to stay. Many Japanese and Africans stay there.

WhenI was in Kaosan, here is the cheapest guest house. Facility is dirty and old. But single room.
