I've asked for help cleaning the room, a sign has been hung asking for cleaning, I've been told to ask for help cleaning, but after we returned to the hotel it turned out it hadn't been cleaned 👎🏻👎🏻

Room it self nice, but the service really bad, i order 2 room online and when i check in they said only 1 room left, In the end i got 2 rooms and i talk to the receptionist and giving some suggestion for fix the system because the room itself nice, but they wont hear, its oke, its their business then up to them.

On February 17th I was staying at the Ava Hotel in room 208, suddenly at 02.33 a black and yellow cell phone came into the bottom of the door and coincidentally the door in that room was wider than the others. what do you want to record like that? Please investigate if the hotel can check the CCTV, it's very disturbing. I immediately packed up and checked out at 02.37. for fear. and it turns out the guard was the one who recorded it!!!!!Even though the hotel is really good, it's a shame that something like this has to get a bad review.

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The service is also good. Helped to lift the goods, after checking out they helped to check again. However, the location is far from the city center. If you take a motorbike taxi, it's around 30 thousand, and for a car the fare is 50 thousand.

Sorry for the 3 stars, because it's still a new building. So the floor still has a lot of building dust, so your feet will be white if you touch the floor. The room still smells of paint. The toilet ceramics are still messy, the cement hasn't been cleaned using HCL, so it looks dirty. Use an automatic bidet toilet seat which is not very comfortable to use. There is a balcony that can directly connect to people next to the room. There is no breakfast, free gallon refill drinks outside, the TV can be used to watch YouTube. The wifi network is decent. When I took a shower at 10 o'clock, there was maintenance but I was washing my hair and the results came out with a body full of soap and hadn't been rinsed because I was taking care of the reservoir, he said. Oh yes, the warm water isn't working yet. But once it's running it will be fine. It looks like the parking lot will be spacious (when you arrived it was still crowded and narrow). And yesterday, when the room was next to the stairs, the stairs were wooden, so if someone was walking, it sounded noisy, so I was shocked every time someone passed the stairs.

The hotel is new, maybe not completely finished. But it's clean.the room is clean.The bellboy is also friendly...it's a bit far from the city. Its okay, you can order food using the Gojek or Grab application 💯
